The Space:

Just a block from the beach and within walking distance of live music, shopping, and restaurants, Santa Rosa Beach is calling your name! Take a well-deserved break at this spacious, fourth-floor condo where you'll enjoy ocean views and on-site access to a shared pool, a fitness room, and a private deeded beach with chair service. There is even a golf cart that will take you back and forth as well. You'll also be within five miles of Point Washington State Forest and the Seaside Amphitheater. Pamper yourself with a private shuttle to the beach and be sure to spend some time on the boardwalk for some quality time with someone you love.



This single-level vacation rental boasts a sunlit great room with a well-equipped island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a large dining table for meals or game nights, and a comfortable living area with plenty of seating and a TV for evening channel surfing. Step outside onto your shaded and furnished balcony to take in the view with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.



Additional features and amenities include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your visit.

Great location. Check-in was easy, even got an earlier check-in. The large kitchen was perfect. The music in the evenings was a nice addition.

Convenient

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach. Great kids area with heated pool and playground. We enjoyed the live music from the restaurant below. The unit it self was a great size for our group of 9. It was clean but needed some updating. We had a great time!

My stay

Outdated unit. Cheaply done. Not real pretty. Not as advertised. Area great. Pool great. Unit…not so much. Would not stay there again. No energy put into decorations. Wi fi extremely poor in M2 407 but fine in M2 220 where my son stayed. Why???

Lovely property, terrible rental company

This property was stunning! Perfect location, great space for three couples and two infants. There were no extra conveniences, extra toilet paper and trash bags and such… but no big deal a Publix is right up the street. Worst part of the stay was communicating with Vacasa. We left some items in the dryer and they charged us a $25 search fee to get them, from the dryer, where we told them the items were. I understand policy but it also felt very money hungry when they likely stumbled upon them beforehand. Overall a great stay but I will avoid Vacasa in the future.

Beach stay

This rental fit my family well with many beds options and great location to the beach. Unfortunately, this rental is run by a property management company, Vacasa, so the personal touches that are present with private rentals were not there. Upon arrival to this rental, the floors were also dirty and there were general house keeping issues like used bandaides in one of the bunk beds, and grimy bath tubes in some of the bathrooms. When notified, Vacasa offered to clean the rental again, however at that point we were already at the beach and we had already settled in. This rental also does NOT have beach amenities so if you are looking for chairs and toys and umbrella you will have to rental supplies elsewhere.
