Blue Chair 30A is your new favorite beach getaway! Located on a quiet, no outlet street in beautiful Seacrest Beach and backing up to the nature trail, Blue Chair 30A is perfectly located for a relaxing vacation getaway.
The house is decorated in a sophisticated, serene, beach style with muted colors, new appliances, gorgeous floors and room to spread out. From the wide front porch to the comfortable open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area to the breezy back porch, there is ample space for everyone to unwind.
Take a quick stroll to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest, or to Rosemary and Alys beaches to check out all the local area has to offer.
Of course, we all love the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and that amazing sugar white sand! The free seasonal tram will take your group to and from the private beach access or take a quick 5 minute drive to the public beach at Inlet Beach and snorkel the man made reef.
The house comes with four adult bikes for your use, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, a covered back porch living space, and extras such as kid friendly dishes, beach toys, books, games, and a toddler booster seat.
Blue Chair 30A is now pet friendly, with prior approval and a fee, so your whole family can enjoy a beach get away! The homes allows for one small dog; please mention your dog in your booking. The house is set up for pet and kid safety with both a gated front porch and back yard space. Easy nature trail access straight from the back yard makes taking your dog, or yourself, for a peaceful walk under pines.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described and super cute & comfy. Alice was prompt with responding and helped troubleshoot a couple of things. The tram is a game changer with kids. We also enjoyed that the house came with beach chairs (there were 4 for us to use). Beds were comfy, kitchen very well stocked. We did go during fall breaks so the beach was crowded and my husband had to go down between 6/6:30 to get us a good spot for the kids, but it worked out. The pool was colder than the beach this time of year (it’s not heated) so we didn’t use it but one day. But it’s a very nice pool and feels like a resort. Lots a great food options close by. Overall we loved it and would return!

Adorable spot in a great community

We had a great experience with our two babies and sweet Pug at this cute home…you can catch a shuttle to the beach pretty easily, and the back street was a quiet spot for us to chill with the toddlers. The outdoor grill/back porch is a great spot to hang, and the fenced in back yard was a bonus for our pup! Communication was easy and quick, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Location, Location, Location

This property was absolutely perfect for your adults and three children. Don’t let the photos deceive you, the home was very spacious and never felt crowded. The rear porch was a great location to eat dinners, and the front to enjoy morning coffee. Location was the best part! A quick walk or tram ride to the beach, pool, and plenty of food and coffee shops! This was our first time in this area, and we will be returning.

What a gem!!

We stayed for 4 days at this outstanding 4 br Seacrest cottage. The place was clean, well decorated, very comfortable with tons of space for everyone. All the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds-great place for a family with kids for sure. The pool in the complex is huge and walkable. However, there is a tram that is available to go to the pool or beach which is very nearby. Alice, the manager, is outstanding-She answers questions quickly and is very communicative and helpful. I am new to 30A but I would gladly stay here again.

This property was AMAZING!!! highly recommend for anyone coming to Rosemary/Allys beach. The area was amazing, safe, and walkable. The house was beautiful and in very great shape! Everyone loves the house and I would choose this house over any other house near here. The manager, Alice, was phenomenal! She was very responsive, reliable, and accommodating. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Bliss by the sea!

Alice was a terrific host! The check in process was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials we needed and linens were so fresh. Kids had a great time at the beach!

The house is a lot bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. Perfect place in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy and always quick. Would stay again!

Great family spot

This was a great home to gather in such a convenient location. Tastefully decorated well stocked and clean. Biking and walking around was enjoyable. The private beach is a little small so expect it to be crowded . The pool area was nice as well.

Great location, love this house

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Chair! The Seacrest neighborhood is so unique, every house is adorable and you are right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The bike rides to each were probably 5 minutes, maybe an 8 minute walk. The tram was great for hauling our stuff to the beach and the house was well stocked with chairs and beach toys. The beach is so pretty, a little crowded but we found a spot every day to set up camp. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. As a family, we loved going up to the Village Square at night for ice cream and live music.Overall, we loved our trip - very easy to get to from ECP which was about a 25 minute drive. My 10 year old girls can’t wait to go back.

a beautiful home

The house was not as clean as it should be - floors were filthy, dirt and debris in the corners of the bathrooms, dust all over the bedroom furniture (tops were dusted, shelves or anything below the top was not). It is beautifully decorated and as the owner, I would expect a higher standard of maintenance.

Great Location

We planned a small friend reunion in Seacrest Beach to celebrate a 30th birthday. The location of the house was perfect - just a few minute walk to the amazing, community pool! Alice was very responsive with any questions I had leading up to the trip. The house was clean, decorated SO cute, and had more than enough space for all of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, has everything you need. Most other properties in the neighborhood seem to provide bikes so maybe they could add a few but overall a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property, Convenient and GREAT Neighborhood

The property owner is a gem. She answered questions quickly and communicated with us when we needed to have her confirm a stroller delivery to the house. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and just beautiful. The tram comes by quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and the pricing was amazing for us. We would return!

Blue Chair 30A is a wonderful property located in the charming neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. The house is decorated with a soothing, updated beachy feel. There is ample space to spread out and enjoy your stay. From the spacious covered front porch you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Once inside, the living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. The living features a large screen TV and the kitchen is well equipped with solid surface counters, new appliances, a pantry and plenty of kitchen gear for preparing a light snack or a fantastic dinner.
The first floor offers a half bath, and side door leading to the covered back porch and out door shower- perfect for finishing off after a fun beach day.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a flat screen tv, a large closet and an en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The master also offers access to the covered back porch. The back porch is a great hangout space with a built in gas grill and sink, dining table, seating and television. The back porch provides access to the fenced back yard area.
Heading upstairs will take you to bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry area. There is a king bedroom, with a tv and beautiful natural light. The next bedroom offers a twin bed as well as a double bed, a tv and spacious closet. The bunk room is a cute space for kids, with a twin bunk over a full and a tv. This cozy space is best for children. The hall bath features a tub/shower combination. There is a full size, stacked washer and dryer, as well as a hall closet where you will find beach towels and laundry supplies.
Head out and explore the green spaces, shops and dining options of Seacrest Beach, Rosemary or Alys Beaches.
Don’t forget to head to the amazing resort style pool, with its multiple pools, changing areas and snack bar. Of course, the real stars of the show are the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand. Welcome to paradise!
