The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



This delightfully style vacation getaway is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, FL; featuring tile flooring throughout the unit excluding the main bedroom. Watch the dolphins play from your gulf front private balcony by a leisurely walk through the balcony door located in the living room. Other unique features included in the rental unit are an open countertop, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the beach. A unique unit feature is a Hollywood bath, two toilets, two vanities, and a tub/shower combination. The dining table seats up to four people easily for any card/board game or dining. This unit also has 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Nice Condo in Destin

We had a great time in Destin. The condo is very clean, organized and equipped with all your summer needs. Beautiful decorated and well preserved. I would highly recommend to stay here for your vacation.

Great Vacation spot

The property was excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves, beautiful view, comfortable, clean, We saw a group of dolphins swimming in the ocean the morning that we left, it was absolutely amazing! Would definitely go back!

Getaway for a few days

Cold and cloudy the whole time. View was great from the balcony. Tried out some of the local restaurants and they were great. Good place for eating and hanging on the beach, weather permitting.

Great location, friendly staff

I will rent again if they replace the mattress. Mattress worn out and sags in the middle. Everything else was perfect.

my stay

it was nice a room. 2 bad things for us the room had a window that faced the hallway which I thought was odd of course we kept the blinds closed but a lot of light came through the window at night so if you like it dark plan on hanging something extra over the window . bed was ok .The parking lot was hard to get out of if you wannted to turn left we turned right and made a u turn . everyone at the hotel was nice .

Broken furniture

The TV cabinet in the hall was broken, so we had to fix that and also the TV was not plugged in for power and all the cables were damaged.

Sundestin resort is a location we have stayed at 3 times prior.This particular condo was the most run down & most in need of updates of any of the ones we’ve rented .The furniture, bed , pillows were very uncomfortable. The bedroom carpeting is very dirty & needs to be replaced. This condo was expensive for the week I think a update/ remodel is well within the owners budget. Overall we would most likely look for another resort , but definitely a different condo , when we return to Sundestin in the future.

Cleanliness isn’t great

Blood on door trimming. Was told this would get cleaned, never did. The sheets in the bedroom smelt like mildew, luckily there were extra pair. Killed a roach that came from under the tv in the livingroom. The bedroom having carpet at a beach just doesn’t sit well for sanitary reasons.

Not great

Wait for elevator. No carts to check out. Only one check out time is ridiculous because everyone is scrambling. Cleanliness of the floors. Disposal didn’t work. No broom or dust pan. Poor knives for cutting fruit or anything. Got stuck in elevator for 15 minutes. Smoking in rooms below us including weed. We will not be back!
