Stunning Ocean Front Views

Recently renovated with brand new owners at the Sundestin Resort. We are located on the 5th floor with the most amazing views. Come see for yourself what the views are all about. Only a few steps to relax with sand between your toes or find yourself relaxing by the pool. Don't forget about the hot tub either. Every morning and night, enjoy the incredible views from the balcony. Recharge at night in the king bed in the master or use the brand new queen pull out with an upgraded mattress. If needed, there is also a roll out cot that can easily be tucked back away during the day. Laundry is available on the same floor.

Incredible Experience

Condo was fantastic! Location was fantastic! Working with the property manager was incredible. Literally condo is located on the beach. We will definitely rebook that condo in the future.

Family vacation

Overall was great, just know can NOT have own umbrellas and can not be at water line without renting their chairs and umbrellas!

Little disappointed

It was an ok stay. I was expecting much more. The air conditioning was extremely loud as well the neighbors were really loud. The outdoor pool was closed. The construction crew had managed to tie up the elevators. Not quite sure how this specific unit had gotten so many 10/10’s. Unfortunately don’t think I would book another stay here with this host.

Easy weekend getaway for two

My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend. It was perfect for that. Be aware, you have to purchase beach rentals chairs/umbrellas from the resort unless you want to be far off the water. (The resort rules won’t let you put personal chairs in front of the resort chairs and they enforce this). Front row rentals sell out early so reserve before your trip!

Nice pillows

Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Could have provided more washcloths. Disappointed that there was not a Kerig coffee maker. Also, the Wi-fi was very spotty.

Awesome view!

This condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Every morning we were able to see dolphins swimming! The only negative is the air conditioner was very loud when it kicked in. But it would not prevent us from staying at this condo again!

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and was right on the beach! Check-in was easy and the view was awesome from the balcony! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was fine except for building construction.

The view was awesome and proximity to the water was perfect since I was looking for a beach getaway. However, the main issue with this property was the construction that was going on in the building. The first day we were there we had to leave because the drilling noise was so loud - it didn't matter if we were inside or out on the balcony, we could not get away from it. This continued off and on for the entire vacation. It looks like they still have a ways to go before the construction is complete - so just know your stay may not be peaceful.

Winter Get-a-Way

Wife and I had a great time in this condo. Everything was as advertised. Had a plugged bathtub drain one day. Contacted host and it was repaired within an hour. We would rent again.

Great location

Had a great time in Destin during a quiet winter getaway. This location is close to everything and right on beach. Perfect for my husband and me.

Perfect vacation

This condo was perfect. You could just sit on the balcony and watch sunrises or sunsets. We saw dolphins several times. You are close to water sports, boats for sunset dolphin watches, and many unbelievable restaurants. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. We received detailed instructions before we went. We had no reasons to contact the host because there were no problems. We will definitely be back again.

The property manager Jamie is absolutely amazing. Friendly, Courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. The room was very clean and right on the ocean. Great views and great relaxation.
