The Space:

Enjoy the best that the beach offers in this spacious and family-friendly condo located in Miramar Beach. Gorgeous beach decor and plenty of space for a family or friends to spread out and relax make Amalfi Coast A204 a dreamy getaway to create everlasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and beach snacks. Sip a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony as you take in the ocean views. Gather around the firepit (conveniently equipped with plenty of chairs) and share fun stories or maybe plan tomorrow's adventures. Take advantage of the shared, on-site amenities and relax in a poolside chair after taking a dip into the swimming pool to cool off after spending the day beachcombing.



What's nearby:

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this condo. Dine beachside at any of the nearby restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. Shop at any of the many stores at The Silver Sands Outlet Mall or find that perfect beach souvenir at a local beach store. If the outdoors is your thing, then head to Henderson Beach State Park (six miles away) and take advantage of the handful of outdoor activities you can find there that include picnicking, hiking, mountain biking, snorkeling, fishing, and more!



Things to know:

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Very clean, great cooking essentials (I cooked every day except check-out day) beautiful view!! 4 beds plus a pull out couch!! The pool is great and we loved the bridge at night!! This is a well maintained condo!! We would love to stay again!!

Family of 8 and we all slept comfortably. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious. Definitely would recommend 10/10 Beach view was spectacular.

Great location, clean, comfy beds. Cleaning crew woke us up way too early.

I would have given 5 stars over all but I appreciate my sleep while on vacation so having the cleaning crew ring the doorbell at 8:30 to make sure we were checking out at 11 was VERY annoying. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. There are a few shops/restaurants within walking distance, and really close to the beach. The view from the balcony was also great. We really didn't need anything except food/drinks. We would stay again if we don't get woken up early!

Beach getaway

This property is in a great location. It’s huge with lots of room to spread out. But beware, there was only one wine glass and four forks. The kitchen pots and pans could use serious updating. Also, we thought the entire property was non smoking But people at the Pool and near our patio were smoking and that is very annoying to a reformed smoker like me. Overall we had a great and hope to return soon.

Poorly stocked kitchen

the info for getting into the condo was incorrect. Took 1 hour to get in the door. Took until the 3rd day to get the internet up and running. The carpet is absolutely filthy. The Amalfi complex is great, but 204A needs work.

Disappointed

The unit is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is old and gross. The carpet throughout the unit is gross. The electronics are extremely out of date. Lack of pillow cases for all pillows. Did not feel comfortable at all however the location is hard to beat. Communication with property owner was very good but would be hesitant to book this property again.
