This property has numerous problems.Toilet in the bathroom off the bedroom was running constantly. I had to shut off the water supply to stop it. The fill valve should be replaced.The valve handle on the hall bathroom sink was not securely attached and comes off in your hand.Some kitchen drawers don't open more than 1/4 of the way due to interference with the stove. The stove door won't open fully due to the refrigerator. Reaching in to retrieve utensils I almost stabbed myself on a knife when withdrawing my hand.Kitchen sink faucet drips constantly.Living room overhead fan is noisy.No lamp on one of the bedstands and the other lamp does not work and the fitting is loose.Pool code we were given was incorrect. Actual code was inverse of the code provided. I let the Avari team know and got no response.Overall, the unit is not well maintained.
