Beachview 116 was lovely. We were so grateful to find such a wonderful condo with such a great location. The beach and the pool are a steps away. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean. We were hoping for early check in but we were told that it was not added to our trip. Others in our group were able to get into their units early and had not added early check in. We were at our room and waited for 2 hours. It was already clean and ready. That was the only con. Make sure you add the early check in if you want it. We were happy with our stay and will likely stay at Beachview again in the future.

The apartment was ok, nice position. There were a couple of "problems": Frezer ice maker wasn't working and one of the closet's doors was out of the track we couldn't open.People on the apartment upstairs had kids running around and making noises at all times. Very disrespectful!

Great Stay

Quick weekend trip with husband and daughter. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I slept so good on the master bedroom bed! Quick walk across the parking lot to the beach access board walk. Water hose for washing off sand located outside of condo. We had a wonderful stay.

Good and Not So Good

Positives: great location, place was more than big enough, everything was there. Negatives: beds felt like you were sleeping on the springs, problems with the TV remotes, connecting to the TVs that would come and go, and mold in the ceiling in the master bath. We like to place a lot, but the beds really made it uncomfortable when we had to sleep.

Pretty Beach but wasn't very restful

I had three main issues with this property. Check in day I found sand in my sheets. To remedy this situation they offered to bring me sheets the next day. I told them they were not needed--but they did it anyways and left my door code on them outside my door. Noisy neighbors above (kids literally throwing chairs). My complaints to Vacasa and request for a refund gave me a tiny bit of my full amount back--not enough to make up for the literal headache and security issue. I love Navarre and this place could have been wonderful--it just wasn't.

Perfect for Us

We had a wonderful stay in the unit. Clean, nicely decorated, we loved the proximity to the beach and the keyless entry lock on the door. Would recommend and would stay again. Great property.

Close walk to the beach

We had a great week celebrating our anniversary! It was probably about a 400’ walk to the beach and the pool is right out the back door. The pictures don’t show that the windows all face a parking lot or walkway to the pool, which is commonly used. We opted to keep the blinds closed the whole week. The owners and renters that we met were all very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do while in the area. The best being to walk across the street to see the sunset on the sound side. It was amazing! The condo can use some repairs to the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and make sure to bring all of your own seasonings and coffee filters! The condo was spacious and can easily sleep 6 people and overall was great!
