The Space:

Decorated with an eye to the sea, you'll love relaxing in this cool and comfortable condo! Central air conditioning and hardwood-style floors will help everyone stay cool. Enjoy a view of the shared pool as well as a partial view of the ocean from your furnished balcony. Guests will be able to access that pool during their stay, as well as an outdoor shower and a shared gas grill. There's a ceiling fan and TV in each room so everyone can wind down at their own pace. Just set your swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer and kick back!



What's nearby:

Just head down across Gulf Boulevard and you'll be at the beach! Drop your line for something tasty (or just watch for dolphins) at the Navarre Beach Park Fishing Pier just over three miles away. Enjoy getting close to animals at the Gulf Breeze Zoo 12 miles from the condo. At the end of the day, you can relax with local cuisine from Dewey Destin's Navarre and Scooter's Fish House (both within five-and-a-half miles).

Great location easy gulf beach access. Clean quite comfortable. Only pointer to give is when entering the door code do not hesitate when pushing numbers. It will not open. The customer service help with it was helpful.

Perfect!

This property was as advertised. It is centrally located between the sound and the gulf. It is about a 5 minute walk to each. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here again!

So close to the beach

Located on Navarre beach, it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a nice view of the sound, and the pool was right behind our place. The place was clean, and comfortable. The only issue we had was the fold out couch bed. There were stains on the mattress and wasn’t super comfortable.

Squeaky clean!

The check-in and out process was very simple! No need for crazy paperwork like I’ve experienced with other rentals. Fit our party of 6 comfortably. Property was exactly as shown in the photos. Short walk to public beach access made it quick and easy to get to the beach. Most importantly, this condo was CLEAN. Extremely clean bathrooms and bedding which is my #1 priority in a rental.

Nice getaway!

Super close to the public beach accesses, and the area was really quiet. There was plenty room for the 5 of us. As previous renters have stated, the kitchen is stocked with small appliances and cookware but there isn’t anything to help with prep so come prepared. We bought our own laundry detergent and trash bags. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness but the manager did tell us that the previous renter trashed the place and the cleaners had spent all day on it in preparation of our arrival, so they may have done the best they could in the time they had? It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. Overall, a great condo rental that allowed us to relax!

Great location but very outdated

The location was perfect, and the size of the condo worked well for our group; however, we had a lot of issues. The owner has the thermostat locked out. You have to go through the management company so they can contact the owner to change the A/C settings. When we checked in, the condo was 77 degrees in the middle of June. It was brutally hot. We couldn't get the A/C lowered until later that evening, and then it was up to 77 again the next morning. That's just unreasonable. Renters should be able to adjust as needed. The rest of the condo was disappointing. Old, cheap, and broken appliances. None of the linens fit the beds well. The sheets come off the plastic mattress protectors, and the sleeper sofa was broken and didn't come with linens.

Comfortable Condo

Came first week of April 2021. The condoI is all that is described. You have a pool on the property and the sound at the back door. Do you have a good view of the sound. You’re just a short walk to the beach. This area of Navarre Beach is very quiet and secluded and family friendly. The beds were amazing and slept well. The table was very large and accommodating for all eight of us. It had chairs and a bench so we all could eat comfortably at the table. You also have three barstools at the bar for breakfast. You have all the dishes you need including glasses silverware cookware. The only thing I was surprised about was that there was only one hot pad, No scrubby’s for dishes, only one dishwasher detergent pod, and only one washer pod. So if you come and you plan to cook anything, you have the bare essentials For cooking. What I mean is you only have pots and pans and cookware. You need to bring your own trash bags, you need to bring your own dishwashing powder, salt and pepper, sugar, whatever you may need there is nothing there only pots and pans. I did buy 2 half Gallon pitchers For us to have tea and lemonade readily available So I left those in the condo for others to use. Like I said it was a great experience but you have nothing not even salt and pepper or trash bags for your kitchen. We did have plenty of towels and wash rags and since the washer and dryer are in the unit we use them to wash the towels and wash clothes. Decorations were nice everything worked great TV in each bedroom. If we come back to Navarre we will be staying here

The condo was lovely!! With updates throughout the home. My family and I had a wonderful time! The only downside was the the huge black spots in all of the air-ducts... super gross, with huge black spots throughout all of the air-ducks! I’m also very allergic to dust and mold, so sleeping at night was uncomfortable.
