With an ideal oceanfront location just steps from the gorgeous Gulf sands and onsite amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis court & two gyms, you may not get far, but if you do want to explore, you’re just minutes from restaurants, shopping & other amenities.



At home, start the day with coffee on your shady balcony, overlooking the pool and aquamarine waters. Inside, the modern, well-equipped kitchen makes breakfast prep a breeze & the dishwasher makes cleanup even easier. Head to the sand or pool, then come home to relax in the central air-conditioning on the oversized sectional. Break out a board game and visit the shared grilling station for a night in, or step back out to one of many restaurants for dinner. Enjoy an evening sundowner back out on the balcony as the sun sets on the water - your first perfect Destin day has come to a close, with another in store for tomorrow.

Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Great place that has it all!

We have been to Destin several times and Pelican Beach is the way to go. Beach service was outstanding. Cafe and bar was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful.

Beautiful Condo

So nice! We enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony was pretty. The condo was very clean and equipped with mostly anything you need. Would stay again. Pools and hot tub were very nice!

Great location

The condo was clean and as pictured. The view was even better than pictured. Location was great. Only complaint is the building is a little crowded but still manageable. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Happy with everything. Easy check in, nice unit. Pelican Beach is a great location. This unit fit our needs and expectations. Would be happy to return to this unit.

Holiday Vacation

We came the day after Christmas and celebrated New Years Eve in the Destin area. We had a wonderful week. The hot tub and heated pool was so nice with the chilly weather. The condo was great and several restaurants close by. The only input I have is that a few cleaning supplies would have been helpful such as a broom and dust pan to sweep up around the condo during our stay. Thank you for a great week!

Great place- needs maintenance and linens

Communication was fine however the follow through was poor. Crumbs in sofa sleeper, no extra linens for sofa sleeper, no extra pillow cases for all the pillows they had. Tub wouldn’t drain, microwave and dryer didn’t heat well.

In need of some updating

Overall, we had a nice stay but were disappointed with some aspects of the unit. Pros: nice location and we were able to use the stairs to come and go, kitchen was well stocked but some of the pans need replaced, plenty of space, balcony was shaded from afternoon on so we could spend time sitting out on it Cons: no hangers!...could have been cleaner, sofa and rugs desperately need replaced or deep cleaned, dining chair had a broken leg and a couple drawers were broken in the bedroom, the main bedroom could use a new mattress/foam topper as it is badly dipping .
