The Space:

The sun and sand effortlessly meet at this Mexico Beach condo! Overlooking ocean views, curate some of your favorite memories while swimming in the on-site pool and hot tub. If you have a workout regime you'd like to keep up with, utilize the fitness center. Away from your stay, local attractions like the Mexico Beach City Pier, Sunset Park, Crooked Island Beach, Panhandle Adventures Fishing Charter, and a variety of restaurants and shops are mere minutes away.



Splashed in sunlight, the interior is as pleasant as it is convenient. The living room boasts ample seating and a large TV. Through the sliding glass doors, you'll have access to a private balcony, complete with alfresco dining and a wicker lounge chair.



When you aren't dining out, the fully equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sizable breakfast bar make up the kitchen.

It was a nice visit to Mexico Beach. There was no Keurig. But we made do.

It's "OK"

Pros: location, size and pet friendly Cons: The beds sag and are uncomfortable, Kitchen is minimally stocked, the dryer squeals loudly, the couches sag, uncomfortable and dirty, floors under/ behind furniture is dirty and dusty, the pool and hot tub are on another propert that you have to walk to and the pool is very small, it should not even be advertised "pool" For the price and location I was expecting a little more luxury. Hopefully the owners will make some upgrades. FYI I would statrt with a new rental company. I have rentted with VACASA 3 or 4 times and the manager that contacted us was more then sarcastic- he did however, give us a small reimbursement which was good.

Basic needs unmet

Place is very clean, minimalist decor, great location, pet friendly. Pool . I was however very disappointed with the towel situation. I had 6 total guest which were booked and I only got 3 bath towels and was told that they dont restock after the initial check in. They also only had 2 coffee mugs. The coffee maker was broken in which it was replaced immediately. I finally got more towels 2 days later. Amends if you will were made by refunding me $100 . I would have rather had towels and coffee cups . It’s the little things in Life. Overall it was a good stay and I will be back and hopefully I will be supplied with all the basic needs.
