The Space:

Decorated with pleasant ocean colors and plenty of cute beachy details, this condo is ready to welcome you! Relax indoors in tranquil air conditioning or take in fresh air (and a distant ocean view) out on the furnished private balcony. The private washer/dryer can take care of the swimsuits while you relax. The full kitchen is spaced out perfectly for cooking together - everyone can eat at the breakfast bar or at the bonus bar next to the flatscreen TV. Younger guests can wind down in a bunk room outfitted with a flatscreen TV all its own. When you're not running off to the beach (which is super close!), guests can use the shared outdoor shower and outdoor pool during their stay.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Guests will be just under a mile from Navarre Beach, a public beach that calls itself 'Florida's Most Relaxing Place'! There are several public beach access points along Navarre Beach. Visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Center (also just under one mile away) and learn more about the area's natural wildlife. Stop off at Scooter's Fish House or Dewey Destin's Navarre for local seafood - they're both within three miles of the condo.

When we first got there found a cockroach in the hall bathroom. Found two more shortly after in that bathroom. Found two in the master bedroom. Pool was dirty and some chairs looked broken. The view was okay. It wasn’t the ocean it was a bay so it was okay. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was gross, mildewed..

Everything was mostly clean except a rug in the bathroom that was visibly gross. We put towels down as bath mats. Also we knew there wasn’t anything stocked in the condo but we do prefer semi stocked condos. Probably won’t book this again not because it was awful, it was good for our stay, we just prefer different things.

The condo was lovely! Adequate size. Washer/dryer Newer furniture, appliances and decor - with a balcony overlooking the bay and sunset! We loved our stay. Beds very comfortable. 2 bed 2 bath. 2 bad things you need to know Now, its on the 1st floor so i was not expecting to have to climb a flight of stairs! AND there is nothing, at all, in the kitchen; not even salt/pepper/ketchup or coffee or coffee filters! And the pots/skillet were all scratched up teflon so I'd tell you to bring your own. The other dishes are from the dollar store; cheap. I was surprised and caught off guard by that. I've never stayed at a frbo that was so ill equipped in the kitchen....

Business

The location is great, super clean, and right across from the gorgeous beach. My only suggestions are: 1. We traveled all day, with no time to stop for anything the 1st day. It would have been really good to have a Keurig with 1 or 2 pods for the next morning, or even a couple bottles of water. There were no coffee filters, or anything, and we were only staying a couple of days and didn’t want to purchase stuff that would be unusable and we couldn’t take it with us. 2. The ice machine was off, so we didn’t have any ice until late the next day. Maybe the cleaning staff could turn it on before they left? 3. Our room was supposed to come with beach service of chairs and an umbrella- but apparently that stopped on October 31st and we stayed on November 3rd and we didn’t bring anything with us. So we had to make do with a few modified items that we had.

Good location

Navarre is quickly becoming a major player in the Destin vacation area. There was access to numerous restaurants and short walk to the beach access is easy and so beautiful. Had a few issues with maintenance but spoke with property management team the same day. The exterior patio door handle had broken off entirely ..prior to our stay and the quick fix was not the solution. IActual wipe down of kitchen cupboards to remove sticky residue needed, and some small misses but bathrooms clean and beds comfortable.

Great rental

Amazing rental company and location . Only downfall is you can’t cook in the kitchen. Lack of pots, pans and utensils. The 1 pot that is there is old and very scratched up.

Sweet Little Condo

We came in March for our Anniversary. The condo was beautifully decorated! Loved this location! Love sunsets and could watch the sunset from the living room!! Perfect location on the sound side so access to the sound as well as the ocean!! Would love to return to this condo again someday!! Would be a great place to paddle board from the sound side!

Vacation

Very organized company- great communication- decor very pretty- short walk to beaches on both sides of condo—beach not crowded at all for spring break-all towels etc ,we needed, in condo- as someone mentioned noise upstairs, but the guests went to bed when we did- comfortable beds—tubs and showers like new—Ft Pickens was a fun diversion on windy day! Weather was a little cooler than usual. But we enjoyed our stay so much that we will be back. If there were any improvements it would be another towel bar in master and a few rugs in baths to step out on. Thank you!!

Great location

Second time staying here, so we knew what to expect. Wish they had a king size bed in one room and a bigger In the living room. I’d say great size for a family of 4, but no more than that. Great location and fairly affordable for spring break.

Great place!!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. I would definitely recommend this place for another vacation.
