Perfect for a family or couples looking to spend some time by the beach, this colorful coastal townhome offers a convenient location less than 10 miles from the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Pensacola Beach, less than a 6-mile drive away, offers pearly-white sands and crystal-clear waters. Restaurants, groceries, local shops, and off-shore charter services are also within easy reach of home.



The updated interior comes well-appointed with all the modern home essentials, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a stainless steel full kitchen. A plush sectional and smart TV set the scene for casual downtime in the living area. The private deck offers a sunny spot for coffee or cocktails and also includes a gas grill for family cookouts. Hang out in the grassy yard area while the sun sets, then retreat to the cozy bedrooms with en suite baths ensuring supreme comfort every moment of your stay.

My best friend and I stayed here and it was perfect! Great location to go to Pensacola Navarre or any surrounding. I picked her up at the airport and we each had our own room with an on suite bath. Nice kitchen and laundry, and living area. The beds were comfortable!! Would rent again!

Nice place

We enjoyed the stay. The carpet on the steps were stained. We couldn’t get in until right after 4 pm since the cleaning people were still there. But you can’t stay a minute past 10 am without paying extra.

Fun getaway

Had great stay, very quiet area. Close to everything. Be prepared lots of steps. Nice beds and kitchen was nice. Had washer and dryer which was really great as well. Would come back!

Short beach trip with our dog

We had a short beach trip, two kids, one dog. The condo was clean, spacious, and AC worked great. Easy access for our dog. We took our dog to Pensacola Dog Beach west, 15 minute drive. Beautiful clean beach.

Quick family vaca

We enjoyed our stay. We have a small dog so this little townhouse was super convenient for having her with us. House was super nice. We loved having 2 king size beds with attached baths. The only thing I would change would be the couch. I’m guessing because it is pet friendly, the couch smelled a bit like animals had been laying on it so it may trigger you if you have allergies.

Quiet stay in a great neighborhood

We loved the quiet neighborhood and sweet back porch! Access to the beach or any store we needed was just 5-10 minutes away. We didn’t bring our dog like we had originally planned, but if he’d been there he would have loved the back yard and walk-ability of the neighborhood. When I did need to text the property owners a question, they were very quick to respond and communicated very clearly. We would stay here again in the future.

The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. The thing I missed the most, the left over condiments, seasoning, coffee creamer, sweetener, etc. All the things we buy on a trip that we only need a little of & typically leave for the next guest. It’s explained why those things are not left for use, but I would have sure appreciated a few things I can typically find in a rental. I didn’t read that info prior to arrival, so bring the stuff you absolutely need. Overall everything was great! A very peaceful & enjoyable place. Thank you.

Housekeeping service was good enough but somebody needs to tell them to wash the handrail going upstairs. Maintenance had a bit to be desired. Response was good for some of the issues. Couldn’t see out of the dirty bedroom windows, screen was bent so stuffed crack with plastic bag, furnace filter had to be replaced, even with a new tank, one grill burner wouldn’t light, had to purchase Lysol to spray the smelly couch, also had to buy Raid for the silverfish in the bathroom, refrigerator ice dispenser was all frosted up and leaked onto the floor when it melted, tv remote in bedroom turned on the tv in the other bedroom, took a few nights of banging to realize the chimney cap was coming off which finally landed on the deck. Otherwise, nice neighborhood and liked having two floors. Nothing let us know if the trash cans are color coded for sorting recyclables or not.
