The Space:

Gorgeous Gulf views and a convenient first-floor location just steps from the on-site pool and a short stroll from the beach make this the perfect choice for a coastal getaway. You'll be able to cool off after a day at the beach thanks to built-in central air-conditioning. The private washer/dryer will take care of bathing suits and towels. The full kitchen features full-size appliances for enjoying meals together. Additional on-site amenities include a hot tub and a fitness room. Local dining options and charter services can be found within walking distance of the condo.

Property was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids under 8. Very spacious loving room and kitchen area, kitchen was more than accommodating, pool and hot tub were right outside the front door, balcony views were gorgeous morning and afternoon. Access to the beach was just across the street, even with us carrying everything but the kitchen sink, it was an easy walk. Beach was not crowded and just an awesome family oriented atmosphere.

We had a problem with the temperature. In the master, it was too cold (we borrowed blankets from a relative who lives in the building) and in the smaller bunk bed bedroom, it was too hot (the two people there moved in with my relative). I had friends stay here in the fall and they didn't have a temp problem so I think it's something to do with the heat system. Not sure but that was pretty much our only complaint. Well, the small bathroom in the hallway could have used an over-the-door towel rack. More towels in general would have been appreciated. The wealth of seating was a great plus! We had relatives in two other condos in the building and we ended up in ours because of the seating when we got together as a group. It was a lovely place and the view was great.
