We have a large 2 bedrms with a queen in the master bedrm & twins in the smaller bedrm. 2 bathrms a full bath upstairs & a half bath downstairs. Off the master bedrm, there is a 10x16 deck with seating for 6 with unobstructed views of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer. Has a nicely landscaped private patio with charcoal grill and outside setting. Reserved park for 2 cars in front of unit.

Great Getaway

Family Vacay

This was a great beach vacation spot for our family. A quick walk across 98 to the beach access to enjoy the white sand and water! Sandy was easy to communicate with and had all we needed there.

Beautiful property!

Everything about this trip was great! Beach was minutes away and the home was just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. Sandy was extremely helpful with everything. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect spot

The townhome is very clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony is so nice enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning. Short walk to the beach.

Awesome place

This place was amazing! Very clean and cute. Everything was comfortable and the fact it was basically right in front of the beach was perfect. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful place and location!

We really enjoyed Sandy’s place! It was super clean and cute, had everything we could need during our stay and the location is perfect! Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as other locals in the area. Close to nice restaurants and stores but on a quiet strip of beach that’s like your own piece of paradise. Sandy was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous getaway

This townhouse is adorable. The view is amazing. The beach is quiet and so clean. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to other towns. We can't wait to come beck!

Great Condo and Location

Clean, great layout inside and upstairs. Easy access to the beach. The outside shower was very nice. Sandy was great with communication and responded fast with any questions!

Perfect for Smaller Families

Me, my husband, and our toddler stayed here for the week! It was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and right across the street from a nice beach access. Beach was never crowded! Would highly recommend and go back in the future!

Cheeseburger In Paradise

Spent the week on the beach listening to Margaritaville radio (rip Jimmy Buffett ❤️). Property was beautiful and cozy. Scrabble game was a huge plus for us!! Beach was gorgeous, as always. Will be coming next year.

Great place to stay

We had a great week. The home is in a great location, not right on the beach but it only takes about a minute to walk across the street. The house is furnished well and was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable for 4 people. I hope to go back again.

Spring break relaxation

What a great place to hang out and relax. Directly across the street from the beach and very close to mexico beach and port st joe. The condo was clean and well stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay. Thanks so much.

We had a great time. Loved the place. The pictures don't do it justice

The beach was closer than I thought. The view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. Overall the condo was fabulous. Better than the pictures show. Loved it!!!!

Nice Property

Nice property and neighborhood. Beach directly across the street and nice. We drove to Cape San Blas a few days. Unbelievably beautiful beaches and water. One opportunity for improvement at this property - guests should not be required to move garbage cans to the opposite end of the unit for pick up.

Beach lover!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well decorated. We had plenty of room and beach access was about 100 yards away. The best part was the back patio and outdoor shower. The owner thought of everything to make our stay the best! We will be back.

Great little place

Perfect location, just seconds from the beach/gulf. the condo is right on hwy 98 but surprisingly very little road noise inside the condo. We loved the upper deck off the master. Perfect for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Very clean inside. Everything worked. Owners are very responsive and great to deal with. When we come back, we will check this little place first.

Great location!

A perfect little spot to get away. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. The road noise was an issue but to be expected. Some small home repairs to the screen door and wobbly chairs on the deck would make that area more comfortable. Be sure to bring/purchase trash liners, especially if you plan on cooking. The kitchen was beautifully equipped for us to enjoy healthier meals. Always appreciate a washer and dryer when at the beach!

Perfect Getaway

I loved this townhouse. We used this as our girls getaway with Grandma, Mom, Aunt, and sisters. It felt like it was our home!! It had everything we needed. The access to the beach was perfect. This is the place we all want to come back to! The owner has done a wonderful job on decoration the house and it was very clean. We did not want to leave! the only thing we missed was a blender in the kitchen we cook dinner to save a bit. The patio was perfect to sit out in the evenings after being at the beach all day. It was absolutely perfect. We can't wait to go back.

Clean and Convenient

Sandy's home was clean and very convenient to the beach. We've stayed in many VRBO rentals and found this home suited our needs for our short stay. There were a couple of things that we found here that we had not experienced in any other property; linens were left but beds were not made (we concluded that this was done so guest would see they were getting fresh bedding) Also, only one bath towel per person is provided, so be sure to account for all guest (which I mistakenly failed to do), or bring extra for your use. Neither of these things would prevent us from staying here again, we enjoyed the space, just passing along helpful hints. Our communication with Sandy was all through email and she responded in a very timely manner! We would recommend this home to anyone looking in the Mexico Beach area.

Perfect Fall Vacation

We always love our Fall vacations and we were thrilled to find Sandy’s Sandal. This was our first trip to the St Joe Beach area and it did not disappoint. The weather was beautiful (a little cool for a couple of days) and the sunsets were incredible. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and had everything that we needed. I especially loved sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the view. It may not technically be considered oceanfront, but there is nothing blocking your view and the walk to the ocean’s edge only takes a minute. We dined at some of the local restaurants, picked up groceries in Port St Joe, and took short trips to Apalachicola and St George Island. We enjoyed meeting a few of the neighbors who were super friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great week and we can’t wait to come back!!

Panama City is where my family vacationed when I was a child. I grew up in Birmingham Alabama and all my life I dreamed of living in Florida. When I was 27 I joined the military and moved to Ft Walton Beach, FL where met my husband and got married. After about 20 years there we relocated to Tyndall AFB and moved Panama City. In 2018 we moved to St Joe Beach just down the street from the townhouse this is where we live today. Update I have retired after 32 years. Retirement date was 1 Jan 2017 Happy New Year!

After I finally got to Florida the next thing I dreamed of was having a home on the beach. There were just to many people on the beaches in Ft Walton and Panama City Beaches, so this is what lead us to St Joe Beach. It's beautiful here and just enough people for company, but not over crowded. My dream has come true and I'm sharing with you!

Sandy's Sandals was renovated after Hurricane Michael. The townhome is located across the street form the beach steps from the water with little or no waiting to cross the street. Hear the waves rushing upon the sparkling white sand from your private second story deck. This is an awesome place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of America. If you prefer to stay in the unit is decorated in a coastal casual style, has a 55"TV in the livingrm and smart TVs in each bedrm. There is free WIFI, and a DVD player with large DVD library. You also have an outside shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. This is an end unit with access to the backyard via a sidewalk running down beside the building. If you would like to bring your boat there is parking for it across the street or at the other end of the building.
