Wife and I spent a three day weekend at Sandy’s. Perfect location and getaway for us. View of the beach and sunset across the highway was excellent from the second floor balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient walk to Shipwreck Raw Bar and Grill. Easy walk to the beach with pathway directly across the street. Host was very response when we reached out. Will definitely return!

Property was described. Easy communication with owner. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store in Port St. Joe, easy drive. Very laid back area, a good thing.

We had fun at the beach. So close to walk across the road and the place was very clean. The host is very responsive & respectful as well. Everything was updated and looked great. Quiet area and being able to walk to ShipWrecked & the Outlook Lounge was a plus, Town was a very short drive.

This place was perfect. I always stay right on the beach, wherever I go. This was the first time I didn’t. I have to say, I was so pleased. I could still see the ocean. There was nothing blocking the view from upstairs. The walk was so short. Right across the street was the path. I’ve stayed on the beach and had a longer walk from a condo. It was very private. I traveled alone, and felt very safe. The place is beautiful, the host was very quick to reply. My only complaint is, I have to leave in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again!Highly recommend shipwreck blackened mahi mahi. I had it 3 days in a row, horseback riding a cape San blas, and the lookout for karaoke fun.

We loved everything about this place! The location was great with cute towns and beachs just to the East. Found more snails, crabs, sand dollars, and full shells than ever before on vacation. Plus the home is so comfy from the beds to the seating areas to the overall vibe. 10 out of 10. Will be back soon!

Family Vacay

This was a great beach vacation spot for our family. A quick walk across 98 to the beach access to enjoy the white sand and water! Sandy was easy to communicate with and had all we needed there.

Beautiful property!

Everything about this trip was great! Beach was minutes away and the home was just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. Sandy was extremely helpful with everything. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect spot

The townhome is very clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony is so nice enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning. Short walk to the beach.

We LOVED Sandy’s Sandals! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was so short! Everything was truly as it appears in the pictures. Sandy was very responsive if we asked any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous getaway

This townhouse is adorable. The view is amazing. The beach is quiet and so clean. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to other towns. We can't wait to come beck!
