The Space:

Magnolia House 203 will amaze you with beautiful views of Destin's beautiful sand and waters. This 2nd floor two bedroom, two bathroom, renovated and well appointed condo in the Magnolia House of Destin Pointe sleeps six guests in comfort and ease. Upon entering the condo you will find the lanai area which is a perfect spot to store beach toys and clothing as well as enjoy additional dining accommodations. When you proceed through the lanai and open the second entry door, you will find an updated and complete kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The kitchen is replete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all cooking utensils needed to prepare your favorite meal. Moving beyond the kitchen you will enter the living area. The open living area consists of the dining area seating six guests and living area. The living area has a wall mounted 55'' flat screen Smart HDTV allowing for enjoyment of Netflix or Amazon Prime movies and also is connected to a Blue Ray DVD player. A couch doubles as a pull out Queen Sofa Sleeper. The living area's floor to ceiling glass doors access the balcony that has seating for four. The main bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen Smart HDTV and a large window with water views of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s East Pass. The master bathroom has granite countertops and bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. The guest bathroom comes complete with a granite vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.



THINGS TO KNOW:

Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Great location

Very comfortable and convenient stay with kids and beautiful walk to the beach. Condos are very comfortable and great size.

Beautiful location!

Clean condo. Perfect location to be close to the beach but secluded from the commercial Public beach areas. Loved the convenience to everything you need. Grocery stores, restaurants and activities!

Great family vacation!

My family loves staying at Magnolia House! The heated pool is right outside, and the beach is a short walk away (1/2 mile maybe?) with tram service available. The beach is private and the marine life is spectacular due to the nearby jetty. You can see dolphins everyday. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Destin than Destin Pointe.

Incredible!

We had a blast on our girls trip. Magnolia House at Destin Pointe is perfect. Short walk or tram ride to the private beach, beach service, and a beautiful, updated, clean condo. Loved that this complex is low density and family oriented. And the property management was super quick and responsive for the minor needs or questions we had. We will definitely visit here again!

The view of the bay was amazing and the condo provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall, the condo was clean but the sofa sleeper could use a new mattress(thankfully we only needed it one night). I would definitely rent this unit again.

Electric went out the sometime in the morning. Understood totally out of your control but the fact that I didn’t get any notification from management was unacceptable. Once power came on the televisions were out. I contacted the number given again to report issues. I was told someone would contact me to fix the issue. Fast forward to a whole day later before I received a call..literally 5 minutes after the televisions started working again. I’m guessing it was the internet but not sure. Third day at the beach was told by a gentleman that we could not be there because it was for only the people at Emrald Suites resort. Was not even asked where we stayed. At this point I didn’t have it in me to ask anything. Just packed up our things and left. The previous two days nothing was said. Outside of all the issues with our room the trip was nice.
