The Space:

Cool green walls and wall-to-wall tiling create a cool-as-a-cucumber atmosphere for your beach vacation! Take in fabulous views of the ocean from the furnished balcony (be warned, it looks like it goes on forever!). Inside, central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV for personal comfort. A bunk nook is all set up for younger guests, and there's a full bathroom with a standalone shower nearby. There's plenty of places to sit in the living room including a sofa bed, and you can enjoy an informal meal at the breakfast bar when you want a change from the dining area. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a semi-open design so the conversations can keep going. The hallway's private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits while you relax. During your stay, enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and a fitness room.



Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers wonderful views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to climb on. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over four miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just over four miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over eight miles from this condo.



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great for families

This unit was perfect for our family, the resort was in a great location, beach was well maintained. The check in process was fast and easy. Overall a great experience and would stay here again

Tidewater Beach Resort

Room was excellent and good location oceanfront!! Only complaint was long wait on elevator. Need to work on the elevator service. Would stay at Tidewater again.

Amazing views!

Tidewater is a great place to stay. The resort itself is very clean, staff is friendly, plenty of parking and the location is fantastic. Our condo was wonderful and the view of the Gulf was amazing! The condo was clean, plenty of furniture for all of us, kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances. We had no problem with the elevators. I'd definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway

The condo was decent. Cleaning could have been better floors were very dirty and balcony was dirty. Black Mold in air duct in living room. Elevators take forever. Overall a god stay we loved our vacation. I highly Recommend shell island.

Great communication with the property manager!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great view, perfect location, lots of amenities. We received a call from the property a few days before and 1 day before to confirm our arrival time. Their email gave clear directions for arrival and check in; a number was available in case of emergencies. We had no problems with check-in, the security was super helpful. The condo was exactly as described, fantastic views! Our girls had their own bathroom and each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Overall, a great experience! A few missing items, so plan accordingly: 1. There is no luggage rack 2. Coffee maker but no filters 3. Shampoo and conditioner but no lotion

Can't beat the view! Beautiful balcony. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Kitchen has most of what you need. Dishwasher was broken. Ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Would be advantageous to provide more paper products. A good frying pan would be good too. And plastic tumblers. Elevators in the building are ridiculous. Wait times can be up to 20 minutes. Loved having our own assigned beach chairs and umbrella. People below us were enjoying their recreational drugs WAY too much. Also, we didn't "pre-register" because we didn't have our rental car info yet. Well, we got charged over 50 for a penalty at check-in because we didn't register ahead of time. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as there isn't any provided in the unit. Unit was very clean and homey. A/C is excellent. Despite a few issues, we had an amazing time!

Great except for Icemaker

Email information kept me up to date. All great except ice maker would not work. After 12 hours guy came buy to repair and water was turned on only a drip. Then dumped 5 cubes and stopped again. We text Vacasa on Tuesday and no one responded til 3 days later. Gentleman had just received noticed. He checked and water was completely turn tightly off. Apparently guy on Sunday turned the drip totally off instead of fully on. Only had ice Friday til check out Saturday morning
