The Space:

Enjoy Panama City Beach in easy, family-friendly style at this beautiful home, newly built in 2019. It's the perfect setting and location - about a quarter-mile stroll to the beach itself, with a private hot tub, a fenced backyard, and a fun-filled game room waiting to welcome you home.



This single-story home sits around the corner from beach access at Rick Seltzer Park, where you'll find a great swimming area, white sand dunes, a pavilion, picnic areas, restrooms, and even parking if you choose to drive. This is also the perfect home base for exploring, with St. Andrews State Park, Signal Hill Golf Course, and such attractions as WonderWorks, ZooWorld, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! within two miles.



You'll begin and end each day outside in the backyard, which is thoughtfully fenced so your kids can play safely. Sip your morning coffee on the covered, furnished patio, bring out the cornhole set in the afternoons, and spend your evenings basking the warmth of the fire table and hot tub.



The interior exudes modern comfort, from the open layout to the contemporary furnishings. Yet the house is also well-suited to families, offering such touches as a high chair in the dining room, a bunk room with a selection of toys, a laundry room, and a game room with foosball, Pop-a-Shot, darts, a TV, and other sources of entertainment. Other wonderful features include a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and multiple smart TVs throughout the house.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

We had a great time staying at this beach house! It was conveniently close to everything! It was a plus that it was dog friendly and we were able to take our 2 doggies! You get a hotel size bottle of shampoo and conditioner so if you have a large family, plan accordingly! Overall this house was perfect for us and very beautiful

Family friendly!

Beautiful house for families with children. Even though we had a toddler and an infant, the house house was kid friendly with the bunk room and game room. The adults enjoyed the hot tub! We drove to Seltzer Park to go to the beach! Loved our time!

Nice Home

This was a nice home that fit our needs perfectly. When we got there the toilet was leaking everywhere but they came to fix it. The Keurig did not work however so we had to go get coffee and filters etc to use in the other coffee pot. Other than that, everything was good. The house was clean and had plenty of space. It could have had some warmer blankets since the air vent is right above the master bed.Also, the cleaners came and sat outside staring at us as we took our things out of the house (before checkout time) which was very creepy.

Our local manager confirmed that the toilet was repaired and a coffee maker was dropped off as a replacement. They noted that they will address housekeeping about your concerns and an additional blanket is stored in the closet.
