The comfortable living space is ideal for everyone to relax without bumping into each other and the private, furnished balcony offers breathtaking views of the sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. Boredom isn't something you would ever experience here since you will have unlimited access to the on-site shared amenities that include outdoor and children's pools, a lazy river, a fully-equipped fitness center, a hot tub, and so much more! The beach access is located in the pool area where you can also find the Riptide Snack Bar if you'd like to grab something to eat after diving into the pool.



This prime location will situate you near everything! From renowned restaurants throughout Front Beach Road to popular stores in Pier Park to breathtaking nature sanctuaries you can find at Conservation Park and St. Andrews State Park, there is no way you can say Panama City Beach isn't fun-filled! Great stay ☺️

We always come to Panama beach Florida .. Try new places to stay The Resort was Very nice Lots of things to do The condo was very nice and clean I saw a bug or 2 Other than that it's well maintained upon leaving Who was greeted by pest control So they are addressing some of the problems definitely we'll rent again No complaints...

Great trip!

Overall it's a great place to stay. Kids had a great time and loved it. Although we did have a few unwanted guest. Found lots of coach roaches in the kitchen.

Our first stay at splash resort

It was our first time at splash resort and it was amazing. Everyone was very nice. The building and pools were very clean. And its right on the ocean. We also didnt have to drive far to the store and there are so many restaurants just minutes away. We will definitely be going back.

Great condo!

Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I will say they could have had better blankets. Very nice condo. Had issues with the microwave not working and they sent up a temporary one until they could get the other one fixed. Will definitely come back, but stay longer next time!

The few things that needs to be known.

This is a great place to stay! One thing I wished that place had was extra blankets. We struggled to have enough blankets with the pullout sofa and all the beds. The skillets that are used to cook are a little over used and do not look the best. Also, I feel like there is not enough lighting in the living/dining room area. During the day it is okay but at night it needs more lighting. Great stay and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Cockroaches

First off, this is a great condo with a good location and perfect size for our family. The balcony is amazing. After our first day, we started noticing a lot of roaches. During our stay, I killed 16. I contacted Vacasa on the morning of our second day being there. They responded that someone local would be following up. They followed up three days later, which just so happened to be the day before we checked out. Apparently this has been a problem with this particular unit. They were very apologetic and did refund some money but I’m still terrified I could have brought some home. Keep this in mind before renting.

Bugs

When we arrived the property was clean. good location and had an excellent layout. Unpacked went to bed. Woke up with bugs in the kitchen around refrigerator, sink and in dishwasher. Texted and told them about the problem and ask for a different place. Received a texted they would inform the owner/ management about the problem. Nobody came! Nobody called us about it, We purchased things to try and kill the bugs. We did not use the kitchen area. Had to eat out more than we wanted to. Disappointed!
