Your family's Panama City Beach playground awaits!

Splash Beach Resort is the #1 family destination in PCB — and Splash 1104W puts you right in the middle of it all. This beachfront 1-bedroom-plus-bunk-area condo sleeps up to 7, with direct Gulf views and every convenience of home.

FREE beach service for the 2026 season — 2 chairs and 1 umbrella reserved for you daily, March through October. No hauling gear — just walk out and settle in.

Condo was very clean and great for our family of 5 (3 small kids). Pools and beach were excellant. Great coffee and donuts in the cafe too!

We had a good time! The host was super helpful when my email messed up and sent me the info right away. It was mostly what we expected, but when we first got in, the room smelled like smoke. A few things that would've been nice to have were trash bags (good thing we brought our own!) and some hooks in the hall bathroom for swimsuits. Oh, and I found black hairs in the sheets, so I washed them when we got there. Just a few little things that could be easily fixed, nothing major, and overall we had a great time.

It was exactly as described. Was clean and had good amenities. Would definitely book here again! The 2 chair rentals provided were a huge plus.. that alone made my trip so much easier as a mom.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner. Food crumbs visible under furniture. The freezer did not freeze bc the flap was missing where the ice would come out. As far as splash as a whole. It was alright. Hot tub wasnt clean and the pool area was not clean either. The property needs to be updated for sure.

We had a lovely fall break vacationing here. The sand is white and the water is clear. We saw dolphins and sting rays. We walked on the big pier and saw a hammerhead shark, sea turtle, and a barracuda. We had a couple days of big waves and a couple days of still water. The condo was the perfect size for our 4 person family. The beds and sofas were comfy. The balcony was my favorite part. We may come back again next year!

As advertised and beautiful.Only issue was minor and was responded to quickly by the owner.My only complaint was checking into the resort. I arrived at 3:58, room being available at 4:00, and they were trying to close the counter where resort bracelets and parking passes are given out. The resort counter was closed more than it was open from what I saw while there for a week M-F.Overall we had a great vacation and are planning another trip here next year!

Stacy, the host, has excellent communication. There were just a few suggestions for the condo that could’ve made it better (I.e the glass door to balcony was nearly impossible to open, more hooks for towels and suits would be helpful, a door stopper for the front door for unloading/loading as it’s a heavy door!, the baseboard by the bunk bed was laying on the floor). The room is by the elevator but it was very quiet, great view of the beach, friendly registration staff, and having access to 2 beach chairs was so nice. My daughter loved the stuffed turtle- what a cute idea! The area where the resort was located was not super crowded and minimal traffic. The resort was just ok but the booking process and talking to the host was so easy and seamless. I’d definitely work with Stacy again!
