The Space:

This beautiful corner Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with Gulf views.



Features of this upscale corner vacation rental include everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and oven, microwave and dishwasher, Along with all the dishes, pots and utensils serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs for your viewing pleasure. The living room TV has an upgraded Apple TV with streaming capabilities as well as access to Netflix.



You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Perfect Vacation

We loved staying in Palacio 1206. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are amazing, the kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms have a lot of space! Not to mention the beach and pool areas are perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation Spot

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! So roomy and comfortable! One of the elevators was out of service while we were there, so that made it a little difficult with getting settled in and getting back out, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay. Nice people, very good location, and an incredible deal for the price!

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was lovely. The only thing that could have been better is the matress was a little too firm for me. I definitely would go back and have already started planning my next trip to Perdido Key.😁

Fantastic Condo

Loved the unit--clean, modern, comfortable and much bigger than I anticipated. Incredible master suites and loved the porch with view to ocean. Nice complex. The two reserved chairs and an umbrella were a great perk!

Even better than the pictures!

This condo was beautiful and perfect for my party of 7. Had plenty of space and so well decorated. An added bonus was two beach chairs included with the stay; these are the chairs tenants usually rent on the beach. The pools and hot tub were clean and well managed. I would return any weekend to this place.

Very nice condo and great location

Great stay, we would stay there again. Only critiques are that there weren't enough towels and there weren't any beach chairs. It's hard to travel with beach so we ended up buying some cheap chairs at Walmart. With a condo for 8 there should probably be several chairs on hand. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay.

Family vacation

Everything was great with the exception of the fire alarm and evacuation around midnight mid week and a very loud party the night prior to checking out. Security on the premises after hours would be GREAT!!!

Great location and beautiful condo!

This corner unit condo is a short walk to a couple restaurants and shopping and also a short walk to the beach so no need to get back in your car once you are there (aside from a trip go the grocery). The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views are amazing. There was a list of restaurants along with menus provided and there is even a food delivery service the area uses that will deliver food to the unit. We had a great time and plan on staying again!

Condo was nice but we had two issues. The parking. Not enough handicap spots. Only one elevator working while we were there as well.

Beach was beautiful!!

We all thought the inside of condo was pretty and of course the beach itself. We didn’t like that the parking lot was very small and if you couldn’t get a spot you had to park and walk across the street that was very inconvenient! Also the fact that you only get 2 chairs with the room that sleeps 10 and if you want to bring additional chairs/canopy there was only 1 small gap where those could be set up and you had be up by 5am to beat everyone else there fighting the same problem. There definitely needs to be more space for large families on the beach and not so strict about placement of chairs/canopy. Overall the condo was pretty nice but we will be staying in beach houses on the beach from now on to avoid elevators, and issues with placement of chairs on beach!

Wanted to give 5 Stars

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured! The reasons I can’t give five stars are: 1.) we WERE given our door code to get in via email but we were not given the code to the door coming in from the outside. We had to call the customer service number in order to get that code. 2.) we were not given any checkout instructions, so the things we did at checkout were all things we have done for previous stays at other condos. 3.) I tried to contact Vacasa via VRBO messages 4 days prior to our arrival, and I’ve still not gotten a response from them. Overall, a good stay with some minor improvements suggested.
