The property was decent for the price. Clean. The only bad thing about the condo was the Internet. If needing to work online while your stay would not have been good. We kept having to reset the box.

The king sheets had stains on them. The WiFi didn’t work much at all. The couch bed had no linens I had to go purchase some & it was very dirty when we opened the pull out bed in the couch. No extra blankets. Avari was one of the worst customer services I have dealt with. And the hostess was no help. Hot tub heater didn’t work.

Parking is awful . Had a few issues with the condo , that they addressed . Toaster barely worked, had to have them replace the keurig, cover the stained couch, only 3 spoons in kitchen. Surface light on microwave was out . Furnished with old uncomfortable furniture.

Great stay!

It was in a great location! Away from the busier areas made for a peaceful experience! Very comfortable unit with everything needed! Beautiful views! Parking for a larger vehicle is tight and you may have to park across the street in the extra lot.

Perfect!

The condo was clean, exactly as advertised, right on the beach, and the perfect size for 4 of us! The location allows for a much less crowded beach, and the umbrella and chairs included with the rental were greatly appreciated. Will definitely book again!

Little slice of heaven

Overall the stay was great! It was so peaceful. We live local and just wanted to “get away” for Christmas and it was perfect! I’d say the bed and couch need replacing soon as it’s a little lumpy but other than that, we loved it! Left it clean for the cleaners to just take the linens and go! Will definitely stay again!

Quick weekend trip

The location of the building is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach. This particular unit is right above the pool, so you can hear people talking clearly during the daytime. No issue for us as we didn't spend much time indoors. I would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Great stay, I would definitely go back!

Very nice and clean! Beautiful beach and so close! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for family of 4 (2 teenage boys). This is definitely not in the tourist zone, so if you just want to relax on the beach this is perfect! The only thing I could complain about is the pool is directly under the balcony so you hear them while sitting out there.
