The Space:

Kick back on your own privately furnished balcony, sipping a beverage while taking in the lovely view of the ocean. There's so much to enjoy inside this relaxed condo! Inside, central air conditioning will keep everyone cool as you enjoy a favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals. Younger guests can relax in the built-in bunk beds, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom to themselves. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and much more during their stay.



THINGS TO KNOW

The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.

Beach towels are available for guest use.

Gated entrance.

Elevator in building.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Room was as described. The exception was owner has thermostat locked at 72 degrees and told me that was the optimum temp to work properly. I should be able to be comfortable temp wise when I pay this kind of money for a condo. I should not have to sweat inside the condo. This was BS! Owner should post that there is a minimum temp setting on thermostat.This made for very uncomfortable stay when we was inside the condo.
