Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Tidewater 2804 features floor to ceiling Gulf FRONT views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and balcony! Listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore from your balcony! This spacious 1BR+Bunks/2BA condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access to view those gorgeous emerald green waters. There is also a twin bunk bed in the hallway alcove and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 6 guests. With all the amenities available at this incredible resort and located less than a mile from Pier Park, you're sure to have your dream vacation at Tidewater 2804!

Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. We would DEFINITELY stay there again! The condo was beautiful and everything was as advertised! This was my first time using VRBO and everything was so simple. The owner of the property quickly responded to my messages and check in was a breeze!

Unit 2804 is a very nice condo, clean, well furnished, nice decor, everything worked perfectly.

We loved the amazing views, very comfortable couches with a perfect view to the sea and breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. The only downfall are the elevators at peak hours. Other than that is a perfect place.

Rude staff

Our unit was nice. The owners were polite and prompt with questions. View was spectacular. The security was very rude. We gave up trying to smile at them on day one. I gave the staff 2 stars because the girl I checked in with was nice. Due to the hospitality of the staff, we won’t be back. First impressions go a long way.

Beautiful Condo..Resort needs work

The actual condo was beautiful! We loved the layout and the fact that there was a washer dryer was a bonus! Nicely decorated and the view is amazing! The resort however needs some work. At least one elevator was broken every day making the wait process very annoying. Also the resort does not enforce people to wear mask even though signs are posted everywhere and the fact that the elevators were jammed packed due to lack of service was a bit unnerving! Loved the condo...resort needs some work.

Wonderful stay

I was very pleased with this condo. I’m big on cleanliness and was really pleased with how clean everything was. The room was exactly as described aside from one thing: the description doesn’t speak highly enough of the views! The views are amazing! I wouldn’t change a thing about this stay. The beds were comfortable which is hard to find in most condos. I slept well and so did the rest of my family. The security was also very comforting to have. You could tell they took their job seriously without being too overbearing. Check in and out was a breeze. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

Vacation on the elevators

The Tidewater has over 500 units and only five elevators that were working properly too many people too few elevators 20 to 30 minute wait every time we got on the elevator elevator air conditioning not working. Also parking garage was a pain. The parking was packed in the elevator at the parking garage was not working.

Reservation mix up and too many managers to go thru

When we booked this resort it was supposed to be from October 6-11th. Somehow the dates were messed up between VRBO, RealJoy, and Tidewater. Tidewater was the only place that had the dates right. Already in this questionnaire VRBO got the dates wrong AGAIN. Also it was not clearly stated that this was a timeshare scam property and we wouldn't be booking directly from Tidewater. The place was EXTREMELY crowded. Wait time for an elevator was almost 20 min at times, making being on the 28th floor super inconvenient. We were told there was no smoking on the balconies but both sides of us had people smoking cigarettes and weed. So we had to leave our balcony door closed. Our dryer made the most God awful sound when in use since we couldn't have towel or linen service. The private beach was a nightmare and everyone was packed like sardines. My husband and I learned to just walk to the public beach for more room and less restrictions. The hotel boasts having a Starbucks but it was more a corner coffee shop with ONE person working there in the mornings. Don't waste your money on a big resort. Find a cozy hotel and enjoy the public beaches.

Amazing Stay

The property was beautiful and the location was great. Best condo I’ve stayed at in Panama. Just wished it didn’t rain almost everyday so we could’ve enjoyed the beach more.

Good, but could have been great

The condo itself was nice. Loved the view and the space. We could not get the Keurig to work, so that was an additional trip out to get coffee filters/coffee. The condo building & amenities left quite a bit to be desired. One set of elevators was broken the whole time we were there. One side of the beach access (the side our condo was on) was closed the whole time due to construction work, making it quite an inconvenient task to get outside to the beach. One of the outdoor hot tubs was not working. Overall it served it's purpose and we enjoyed our trip, regardless of the inconveniences.

NEVER AGAIN!

The online check in process was not user friendly. I was charged $10 extra as a "late" registration fee even though the only option given to me was 30 minutes prior to check in. However the girls at the front desk were super helpful to the best of their abilities. The elevators were absolutely horrible! There was an average of a 20 minute wait to get on. Trying to get a beach wagon or stroller on was an even longer wait! There was zero personal space while riding the elevators due to everyone trying to get on at any opportunity they could. Check out time was 10am. Again, online check out was not user friendly. Starting at 9am we were asked by the cleaning staff, by knocking on our door 3 different times, if we were getting ready to check out. We will absolutely never stay at the property again.

Nothing was included there was people in our room as we checked in was suppose to be gifted a $100 gift card only got $50 the owner didn't renew chair and umbrella rental had to come out of pocket every day for a chair which should have been included over all experience was horrible never book thorough this company again

Weekend Stay

The condo was fine for a short stay. We loved the view off the balcony. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and there were stains on the sheets. Also the elevator situation was terrible being on the 28th floor. Often had long waits and would give up and take the stairs. We did like being able to walk to Pier Park.

Great place

Nice views with parking garage across the street, and an air conditioned pedestrian walkway connecting it. Within walking distance to pier park, shops, restaurants. Steps from the beach. Absolutely no complaints, would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was excellent. It was exactly as advertised. My wife and I brought our 2 year old daughter on her first vacation and we had a fantastic time. We were in the perfect area and everything was very clean. The beach was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back next year to book our trip.
