The Space:

Find yourself in this spacious, beachfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from your very own private and furnished balcony. The living room also opens out to the balcony, with the second sliding glass door providing another way to enjoy the sights and sounds. And the chefs in your group will delight in the full kitchen that includes everything you could possibly need to preparing cost-saving meals. On-site, guests will also enjoy access to great amenities including a shared pool, children's water play area, fitness center, and easy beach access.



You'll find a number of local attractions within a short distance of this vacation rental including the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a little over two miles east, and the ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, only five miles away. St. Andrews State Park is just 10 miles east, while Gulf World is only a half-mile down the road. Some popular local restaurants are just a short walk from this condo.

Enjoyed our stay

Very impressed with our unit we stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Management was very helpful and nice. Loved the 2 pools, my grandsons actually had fun in the kids pool. Looking forward to next years vacation!!!!!

Beautiful view

Beautiful condo and it was very clean and well equipped with everything you need . The only problem was the couch it was broken and hard to sit on other than that it was a great place

Enjoyable trip

The condo was clean, had a great view, and is located in an area close to good restaurants. The pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable - every spring could be felt - but most sofa beds are that way. Overall, very positive experience.

Sister/Daughter Getaway

We had a wonderful time. This is a yearly getaway and we have stayed at this resort for the last 6 years. It was a first for this condo and I do believe it is by far the best. Very clean and well maintained. Had one small plumbing issue, which was fixed within just a few hours. Looking forward to next year!

Parking issues

Our stay was great other than the handicapped parking. My husband has a prosthetic leg, therefore handicapped parking is extremely important. There were several vehicles parked, for multiple days, with no handicapped placard or tag, and that can be very frustrating for someone that truly requires these spots. I would like to see this issue addressed by security or property management. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Great Place

We loved the condo and it’s location. The staff was very professional and nice, the only thing that was an inconvenience was no ramp as an access for the beach. Most places have stairs and a ramp. We had a beach wagon/cart and we had to carry it up and down steep stairs with little kids with us. We noticed several staying in our condo had wagons too. Having family that’s handicap it kind of disappointed me because sometimes we travel with them. We’ve stayed here before so I thought I remembered there being one but I was mistaken. Definitely not a deal breaker but would be convenient!

Things happen in Threes!

We have stayed at the Sunrise the past four years. This experience was a little different it first started out that the dryer didn’t work but got repaired 4days later. The next thing to go out was the freezer which is still not working, but they brought us a small mini fridge/freezer that worked just fine! Then no kidding the next thing to happen was a unit on the 16th floor flood and it was coming down in the master shower and they had to bring in a huge humidifier to dry it out! Other than that we had a great time! 😊
