The Space:

It's all about the incredible corner position of this 16th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort, where you'll have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sand beach, and unforgettable sunsets. This lovely space, which has been updated with travertine tile in the living area and bathrooms, includes a wrap-around balcony, free seasonal beach service, and resort amenities that include hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and an arcade.



Pier Park is less than a mile east, where you can shop at over 100 stores, take a ride on the Panama City Beach Skywheel, play a few games at Dave & Buster's, or catch an IMAX movie. Get up close with the local marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), cool off from the summer heat at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east), and grab a bite to eat at Fattyā€™s Sandwich Shop, Diegoā€™s Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, or Barefoot Hideaway Grill.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

The condo is very nice. The appliances need some TLC, no ice, dw didn't clean dishes, had to deep clean dryer so that it woulddry clothes..

Girls trip

The condo was perfect. Very nice and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the condo, it's beautiful and has tons of space. The only complaint we had was the elevator situation. It was nothing to wait 15 minutes on an elevator.

Lovely

We did not have issues with the elevators although we were there during the off season. The property was beautiful and very spacious! The convenient store on property was closed and I couldn’t find an employee that knew why, but again I assume it’s the off season. The beach ESC lovely and condo was exactly as described! Plenty of space.

Everything but the Elevators....

This is a great condo. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, the elevators in Tidewater leave a lot to be desired. At times, we waiting up to 15 minutes for an elevator. I'm not sure if all high-rises have the same experience, but it was definitely a problem for my family.

Beautiful views

This was a beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views. We went during Spring Break, and it was extremely crowded. There were several elevators that were down, so sometimes the wait was crazy long. During check in, we waited for 45 minutes. Sometimes, it was easier to climb the 16 flights of stairs. However, the condo was very clean and very nice, and we'd stay there again.

Great place to Stay

The rental was beautifully kept and just far enough away from all the chaos of Spring Break groups for families. The only complaint I had was that of the four hot tubs advertised only one was working. As you can imagine in a thirty story building that one semi working hot tub was packed with people everytime we attempted to use it. I did message the owner and they did respond right away. The grounds are kept up by the HOA. So the HOA needs to step up their game. :)

Nice, clean condo

This condo was clean and remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and condo was spacious! It is hard to tell from the virtual tour, the master is the bedroom with a beach view. The master bath has two vanity sinks, huge walk in shower with double shower heads, and big walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The only time we had an issue with the elevator was at check in time, 5:00 on a Saturday. Otherwise, during spring break, the wait to go up was not bad. We always walked down the stairs. (One time trying to walk up 16 flights of stairs about did us in!). The parking garage has plenty of parking, even for large SUVs. The condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella and we rented two more. They are nice chairs that lay down flat. I would rent this condo again!

WAITING TIMES FOR ELEVATORS WERE NOT A JOKE

I saw the reviews and knew that people wrote about the long wait time for elevators, but I thought how bad could it be. It was bad. So bad I will not be back until they do something about the elevators. It took my grandson over an hour and fifteen minutes to get a elevator. In the managements’ defense, they did place staff on the elevators mid week to help with the wait times and it did help. So the average wait time for an elevator was around 10 -20 minutes depending on the time of day. We checked out early at 6:30 am to beat the crowd before the elevators got crazy.
