The Space:

Step out onto your private, furnished balcony and take in the breathtaking view of the adjacent beach, Half Hitch - MB Miller Pier, and the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, this condo features furnishings with a sophisticated touch, along with a full kitchen, and entertainment options including a flat screen, cable TV. Pop on your provided wristbands and take advantage of the on-site resort amenities including a shared, heated pool, sundeck, grilling area, and well-equipped fitness center.



Stroll out to miles of white, sandy beaches where you can work on your tan, play in the water, or just spend your days shelling. Dine at a number of local restaurants. And for all-ages fun, Shipwreck Island Waterpark can be found right across the street from this rental, while additional attractions, like the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, all within a couple of miles of this complex.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 3 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Great spot

We'd return here. Plenty of kitchen supplies for simple cooking. Steps to the beach. Very quiet at night. Loved the complimentary beach chairs. Easy parking. Comfy beds. What's not to like!

Great view, very spacious. The master bath is huge!

Enjoyed our stay here. You cannot beat the view from the huge balcony. The furniture needs updating, ie, the pull out couch, the dining chairs are nice but need padding and the patio furniture needs new padding, but I would definitely stay here again.

Quick PCB get away

We stayed at this condo to be near our son who was graduating from army flight school about an hour away. The condo was clean and comfortable and just as pictured. We would definitely stay again.

Nice stay. Condo was clean but couch in living area could use replacing. Not comfortable for sleeping. 3rd floor unit but listing did not say there are 3 floors of garage parking so it’s actually the 6th floor if using the stairs. Elevator was out of service at one point and had to use the steps which was brutal.

Seems to be a well maintained condo. Could use some new paint in a few places. Awesome views. Pool area is not great, but we stayed on the beach, so didn’t affect us.

Great Condo

Arrived July 4. There was a terrific fireworks display at the end of the pier. The view from the condo balcony was beyond memorable. Had a great time. Kids lived in the pool. Restaurants and wait times was the only downer.

Great view, uncomfortable beds, close proximity to beach

This unit was clean and close to the beach, however, the sleeping accommodations were less than desirable. The mattresses on both beds were very hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and deflated. There was a couch and a chair for living room seating, however for more than 3 people it was not very comfortable. The view from the unit is great and great beach access.

Overall good stay

The unit was as described so we had no issues. The issue came when I received an email stating that early checkin was a possibility but then when we were on property it was stated that no early checkins were available. We were at the unit for over an hour before our check in time and it had already been cleaned because nobody came out while we were waiting. The only other issue was that when we were going to order in and watch some tv there was another unit that was being renovated so we had to leave because of the noise. It would be nice if that would have been communicated to us when we checked in.

Beautiful beach with rundown surroundings

The property was good and the unit was good as well. I would say the only downside was the 2nd bedroom was on the side of the main drag which was noisy. The surroundings had empty parking lots, lacked sidewalks and didn’t have much within walking distance. The city needs to reinvest in development. The main roads to get to the mall we’re terribly busy so was the strip of road that the building was located. The golf carts, slingshots and loud muscle cars were too much. We were located thankfully in a less busy area next to the pier. The only drawback was the public beach access was next to our building. The beach was beautiful and loved the soft white sand. I would never go back

Great Location with Cramped Kitchen

My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition in the area, and several other dancers and their families stayed at the property as well. Overall, the condo was great; however, the kitchen had ZERO storage space, so all of our groceries had to be placed on the limited counter space. This made it very difficult when trying to cook, as there was no space for anything! There is only one set of small cabinets, so all of the dishes were crammed into a small space, which made it difficult to get to what was needed. Some of the other units where our friends were staying had a small stand-alone cabinet or shelving unit for additional space and this was helpful. The kitchen area could also use a deep cleaning. we found several areas inside of drawers and near the stove that hasn't been cleaned in a while. The other areas of the unit were fantastic. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a gorgeous view of the ocean.
