The Space:

All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.



A true beach paradise awaits when you stay at this upgraded condo on the 15th floor of the Sterling Reef community. Spectacular Gulf views can be enjoyed from the covered balcony and the main bedroom, which offers access to the outdoor space. This bright and cheery getaway features coastal-themed decor and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.



The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from your door. Take advantage of shared resort amenities, which include a waterfront pool, fitness room, and tennis court. Water sports gear can be rented seasonally. Enjoy added perks such as a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, board games, high-speed WiFi, and cable.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 15 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Lovely place!

The pictures did not do this place justice. The rooms were excellent. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. Check in was a breeze, our packed was in our room with the two parking passes and wrist bands. Checking out was just as easy with the push of a button from the link sent via text message.

Girls trip

We had a great trip! Check in and out was easy, parking was plentiful, our condo was decorated beautifully and we had a great time relaxing. The very only complaint I had was that the shower curtain was a little scummy. Other than that, it was clean, beautiful, and so relaxing!

Relaxing

The stay overall was great. Two things we didn't like was 1) the property advertised a hot tub, which no longer exists and 2) the floors of the condo were so dirty that my feet (and those of my friends) literally turned black when walking barefoot.

The condo size was perfect. The only complaint would be is that the building could use better air circulation while waiting on the elevators. I watched some ladies makeup literally melt and older couples had a hard time in the elevator areas.

Good view

The view was great, location was good. Always had parking. But it just needs updated. The king bed needs replaced. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were down and settled for watching tv at night, they were both small. The king suite had an outdated tv (not 4k or smart). Bed and floor was very clean! The room was great, but could just use a good update.

Property was decorated perfectly! Would love to rent again if the smell wasn't so horrific.

We contacted management about the smell but no one returned our call. You have to open all the doors to get it aired out, but the sewer smell returns Toaster is broken and needs to be removed thought we had almost burned the place down. Floors need to be mopped a few time. Location and parking are great. Beach chair rental is good. They do not allow tents in front the the rental chairs and that was good for us! Security Gaurds are super friendly!

PCB vacay 2023

We stayed at this condo and just checked out today. It was perfect. Clean, quiet, and everything we needed. The only bump in the road was the check in process, Somehow the wristbands and parking passes weren’t in our room. Possibly thrown away by accident by housekeeping. But, we got it handled very quickly and they took good care of us. Every morning we could see dolphins from the balcony. The balcony furniture was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. It was very hard to leave! We are so thankful we chose this property for our vacation. It was beautiful and we will be back.
