Palacio 1004



The Space:

Palacio 1004 is a welcoming condo located in Perdido Key, boasting incredible Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. This 10th-floor condo offers beachy-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and a truly “at home” ambiance.



Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each including a TV and access to an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather at the dining table for special meals. Find matching furnishings and beach-chic décor, as well as a TV and DVD player in the living area.



You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Great place to stay

The lcondo is just as listed. In a good area, staff was quick to reapond. Condo is roomy, had everything needed for our stay. We had 3 girls, aging from 9-16. The rooms for the kids were away from the adult suit which was nice also. Will definitely be back

Amazing experience

Our stay was amazing. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Check in, check out, door codes, and passwords all worked seemlessly. I would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent condo!

Loved the condo. Very roomy, right on the beach. Great views, great kitchen, spacious family room. Everything we needed to cook was available. Bedrooms were large, deck was very nice. Location was perfect, as it was near the store, etc. but not crazy with traffic. Loved it!

Classy condo and excellent amenities

My family had a wonderful time and were so impressed by the cleanliness of the room as well as the pools. We appreciated the rules regarding chairs and umbrellas at the beach and would definitely stay here again.

Large Unit but a Little Run Down

We were a bit disappointed in the overall condition of the unit but still had an amazing trip with our family. The condo appears to need a little refreshing. The dryer did not work at all, but the unit manager was very nice, getting someone there to try and repair it quickly. It was not repairable and they were having to purchase a new one. We were compensated monetarily for this inconvenience, and they provided dry beach towels for us to use. That was much appreciated!! The last afternoon/night we were there we had air conditioner issues. The thermostat displayed "system failure" and it would not cool correctly. We reported that and were told someone would be there within an hour and a half to repair it. This was probably around 10:30 pm. No one ever showed up to repair and we waited up until 1:00 am for them. When we checked out the next morning the thermostat still stated "system failure". I think we will try a different place next visit.

Our only “complaint” was the water wasn’t very hot for baths and showers at night. Beautiful unit. Loved the decor.

10th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access. Big place and well kept, nicely furnished. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return !

Family Reunion Planning

My two sisters, a cousin, and myself spent a long weekend in Perdido Key checking out the area and looking at various condo facilities that could accommodate our extended families for our 2024 Family Reunion! The Palacio was our base. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from our balcony! It’s in a very convenient location. Walk across the street to eat at The Jellyfish Seafood restaurant and bar! Delicious drinks and food! after looking at many other condos we decided to have our family reunion next year right at The Palacio resort in Perdido Key! It offers everything we need and at a great price point! Very comfortable and clean rooms, great pool and beach service! Looking forward to being back next summer!

Gorgeous condo overlooking the beach!

Wr had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing with all windows with view of ocean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for family. Jacuzzi was perfect and washer and dryer worked very well. We reserved the xondo when they had bunkbeds which teens were looking forward to, note there are now two full beds instead of bunks. Management brought us a rollaway bed and were very attentive. I highly recommend this condo!

Great location, views, and property

We loved this property for the location, views, pools, and easy beach access. The condo was very spacious and the huge windows and views cannot be beat. The condo would benefit from a deep clean(ceiling fans, baseboards, corners, and a full dusting.) Also, the door was very dirty and beat up. The baseboards could also use a paint touch up as they were looking very worn. The floors were easy to clean up the piles of sand the kids brought in each day. We would 100% stay here again.

Summer 2021

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal!! This is a great space for family time and relaxation! I had 1 issue and 1 recommendation for future. It would have been nice to know about the beach service and contacts prior to arrival. Unfortunately, due to weather and traffic, our Saturday arrival was delayed until about 6 pm. Upon arrival, I learned that beach service could have been reserved earlier in the day for Sunday, our first full day. Had I known in advance, I wouldn't have had to attempt to reserve via an after-hours email, for the week. Also, the ceiling lights were our in a secondary bedroom. I called the Vacasa office to report the outage on Monday morning, and had to leave a voicemail. No one ever returned the call or came to fix the light.
