Find yourself enjoying a tranquil setting right on the bank of calm lake waters here in Miramar Beach! Wake up and prepare for each exciting day with a fresh cup of coffee on the furnished patio as you make a fun-filled agenda. Be sure to keep your eye out for local birds, fish, and turtles that call this area home. When you feel like venturing out a bit, you won't have to go far, as this complex offers sparkling shared pools, golf on-site, shared tennis courts, and so much more! You will also enjoy access to a golf cart and will be in close proximity to Baytown Warf for shopping and nightlife and only a five-minute golf cart ride to the beautiful white sands of the gulf. An additional six-seater golf cart is also available for rent.

Beautiful week!

We love Baytowne! We come ever year. Lots of fun for teens and adults. The unit was nice, great location, furniture was dirty in the living room, time to be replaced. Housekeeping could have been better, but otherwise a great trip!

Overall was great. There were a few things. The golf cart didn’t work or stay charged the little that it did work. The dryer was not good at all. It never fully dried the clothes.

Great location close to wharf, tennis courts, and pool. Nice view of the golf course and pond Off the balcony makes for a great place for morning coffee. Very clean unit that has updated feel although the sofa and beds are probably due to be replaced. My family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Golf cart was a huge plus!!

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

What an absolute, stunning and beautiful view from the condo. It was immaculate, and our stay was amazing from beginning to end. My questions were answered promptly by the property manager. The only issue we had was the golf cart. It would not charge properly. That was a little bit of a letdown because we enjoyed driving over to eat and shop. Cannot wait to book this property again!

Beautiful house, smelly furniture.

Beautiful large condo. Great location. The living room furniture is disgustingly dirty. The fabric couch smells awful. Can’t even sit in the living room due to the smell. The 2 fabric chairs were also very dirty looking. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable.Kitchen is large! Ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work. So glad it had laundry on-site. Perfect if you don’t want ice or need to use the living room.

Great place & location. Frustrating lack of actual service by Vacassa. Certain, from my point of view, that a credit is due for lack of the promised Cart. Only had use of cart first and last day due to charging problem with cart. Any help would be appreciated.

Beautiful, clean condo- Great Location

We’ve stayed in Sandestin countless times. I think this is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautiful and clean. So spacious! We always book a condo with a golf cart and this one didn’t disappoint. We had trouble finding parking at first but that was likely due to the July 4th holiday. After the holiday it got better! We also didn’t realize there wasn’t a grill (my bad for not double checking the listing). We already had burgers added to our grocery order - we just made them on the stove and they turned out great! Will most likely book this one again next year!!
