Beautiful home and perfect location. We went for a concert weekend it was very close to the venue and the beach. Within walking distance. I gave a couple of areas a 4 because of the one bedroom was more like a closet. There was no room to put your suitcases and they had to be stored in the master bedroom with the other guests. Other than that it was an amazing place and a wonderful experience.

Great Condo

We come to Destin 1-2x a year… every year. We always stay at seascape. This is the best condo we have stayed in. She literally thought of every single thing that you could think of. It was nice, clean, and stocked with everything. We will definitely come back and stay here again if it’s available.

We absolutely loved this condo. The owner really made it at home with the added touches. She really thought of everything! We stay in this area 3 times a year and this was definitely our favorite condo. We will be back.

Check-in was easy as putting the code in the door and walking in and never had a long wait for elevators. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Bachelorette trip

We had an amazing time on our trip and this property was nothing short of perfect!! It was clean, had all of the necessary supplies (kitchen, beach, blankets, towels), great location to Baytowne Wharf and restaurants, and was decorated so nice! I used the hospitality app which was so easy and had all the necessary information. Owner/management was so kind and even let us check in early when we arrived before 4pm which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Destin so I was really clueless when it came time to pick out a condo. This ended up being a good choice. The condo is in between 30A and Destin so it made it a quick trip either way you were going. It was a short walk to the beach; the water is beautiful! The condo was well equiped; had everything our family needed. The only negatives for us was too many barn doors (no locks on any bedroom doors, the one bedroom was a little small (but was good enough for my teenage daughter, two people might be pushing it) and bring your own blowdryer. Overall we were pleased with our stay for 4 nights.

There was plenty of room for our multi family group. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. It doesn’t have a large dining table if that is important to you. There’s a table with 3 chairs and the bar has 3 stools. For us there was rarely a time when we were all eating at the same time. The balcony is very spacious and all the beds were very comfortable. The condo is in a great location with lots of activities in close proximity. Added plus for the bar and cafe located on the first floor. Highly recommend this unit!

Yearly Vacation for my daughter's 14th birthday

My family, friends, and I absolutely LOVED this condo!! The pictures are beautiful, however, seeing it in person, words cannot describe!! The condo is huge, very spacious, very clean, plenty of rags and towels, closely accessible to the beach, pools, and eatery! Our favorite spot was the balcony, its huge and the view is emasculate! We will definitely be back to stay again!!

Wonderful view

We recommend this apartment 100%. Only 2 things to be aware, 1. One of the bedrooms is very small and the mattress is design for a kid or two. 2. Bedroom doors and master bath need a lock. Everything else was perfect! Thank you!!!!

Nice relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was a great location, nicely decorated with gorgeous views. We also enjoyed how close it was to the beach, restaurants and a few local bars. The decking furniture was great, we enjoyed sitting outside on several occasions. The pools were very nice. The unit was not perfectly clean (the deck had some spider webs and dirt in the corners) but it wasn't too bad.There were 6 adults staying in the condo. The sleep arrangements were ok but not really ideal. The king bed in the master was very comfortable and slept well. The other two rooms had two smaller beds and a "trundle" that was very college-like. And one of the rooms was super small, barely fit a bed and window faced the hallway. We made it work but definitely not ideal if you would have 8 adults as we had originally planned.
