The Space:

Escape to this spacious and beautifully decorated home in the Indigo Resort. Relax and unwind at this rental that offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and private balconies. Guests will also enjoy access to a wide variety of deluxe, resort amenities including a zero-entry pool, poolside gazebo, hot tub, outdoor grills (including Green Eggs), lighted tennis courts with a Hydro court surfaces, two large fitness rooms, a free and private, 12-person movie theater, bike racks, covered parking, and semi-private foyer entrances into all units. The Indigo Resort also offers private beach access for all guests. Central air-conditioning and free WiFi round out your basic amenities for a complete stay.



Head just two miles down the coast to explore Perdido Key State Park offering picnic areas, boardwalks out to the sand, and nesting areas for various shorebirds and sea turtles. Just a couple miles further, sample the pub grub and enjoy nightly entertainment at Flora-Bama. There are also several local restaurants and shops closer to your home-away-from-home offering everything from delicious seafood to essential beach gear.

Paradise with a KAREN!!!

The beach was beautiful the restaurants were amazing. The condo was great. The pools were amazing. But unfortunately my grandkids lived the hot tub the most even though they were of age there was a KAREN in a condo right by the hot tub. She sent staff members to ask my grandsons age when we told them they kept asking were we sure and acted like we lied. We will never stay in the indigo condo again.

Amazing views with plenty of space

We had a great stay in the condo we rented. I would highly recommend this condo to others and would book this condo again next time we visited. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. The condo was clean and had all of the amemities a family needs.Beach towels are not provided so make sure to buy or pack some. The view was outstanding.We used the pool, beach and pickle ball courts daily. The walk to the restaurants and ice cream was very close and there were so many options within walking distance.

Great stay!

Indigo is a very friendly place. Everyone we met had stayed there many times and said they would be back for years to come. Pool is great. Grills are great. We will be back!

Awesome place!

Not too crowded!! Great place to stay! Only complaint was parking. U can only have 2 parking passes! Loved how the elevator dropped u off at ur front door! Short distance to beach from parking garage!

My stay

It was overall a good stay at the Condo. The only thing that my father-in-law had a problem with was that it was no smoking, even on the beach, except for 1 bench facing the road. He enjoys smoking cigars, especially on the beach, but he could not do that. Overall though, a wonderful place to stay!

Rough beginning but overall great stay

We had a great time the condo was beautiful did not want to write a bad review but since I didn’t have owners contact information I feel I need to say this we came to check in at 4pm On December 25 however the unit had not been clean last known tenants left on December 10 the front door was open so we came in and to our surprise the unit was not ready Stephanie the condo manager was very helpful and got someone to come over and clean however the unit wasn’t ready until 7pm no big deal but while staying there I spent a lot of time killing fruit flies since trash was sitting in there for so long but overall condo was beautiful and spacious and I realize mishaps can take place when renting properties but once again we had a good time thanks for hearing me out

Technology issues and no early check in

The condo was everything we asked for, it was nice, great view, and very spacious; I gave the 4 star rating because I had to hook up the TVs myself because they all were unplugged from the cable. One of the bedrooms, the cable was ripped from the wall; for a person that loves to have a tv on at night it was not a very good scene for them. The tv in the main room did not have a remote for the tv (found out the remote was hidden after a few days) since no remote, the tv had no controls so it sat off for a few days. We had people that must have their foxnews so that situation was not good either. The batteries for the remotes were all dead as well. The photos of the condo were misleading...it showed the pool and a view that looked like the condo was right above the pool; that is not the case, the pool is at the sister building next door. I was sold on the condo being over the pool to find out it’s not even close to the pool, from the balcony the pool is limited visible. You share a pool with the sister building but the East (E) building has the pool; the West (W) building does not have a very good view of the pool and the 03 and 04 condo numbers are the farthest from the pool. Condo was nice but the pictures again, are misleading!

Nice but a few problems.

We loved this condo and property were mostly fantastic! We had an issue with no hot water when we arrived. After placing a maintenance call and being told “we’ll get back to you” I finally contacted the manager and got someone there the next afternoon. I was upset to find the previous tenant post that the hot water heater had gone out at the end of their stay and had not been fixed prior to our checkin. Also, overflow parking is a complete joke. Asking someone to park their car in front of a closed business and drop your keys in an envelope. Then someone will drive your car to another secure lot on Monday and call you for payment. Um, NO. We had to make other arrangements for our 3rd car. Another issue was the confirmation email I was sent had wrong check in instructions. It was very frustrating to say the least. I would expect a much better checkin process for such a large company like Vacasa. Also, the property boasts a Big green egg smoker. Well it is not equipped with the heat dispersion plate that turns it from a grill into a smoker. We had 2 pork butts seasoned and ready to smoke when we discovered this. So we had to rig some foil pans full of water to use it. This needs to be fixed or not advertised as a smoker. Overall, the property was great and we enjoyed the condo and surrounding area. Would recommend this property, would not recommend Vacasa.

Beautiful property, great stay

The condo and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised when everything was as described and actually better than expected. The condo was well appointed, and the couches were very comfortable. The view from the patio/balcony was amazing. We spent lots of time there watching for dolphins, which we saw every day! The beds were very comfortable and towels were soft and fluffy. There were plenty of linens/bedding/pillows. Each bathroom had a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and there was a small bottle of dish soap in the kitchen. Not enough for an entire week stay, so plan on bringing body wash, hand soap, extra dish soap and toiletries. The washer and dryer work great, but you'll also need to provide laundry detergent and fabric softener. We did most of our cooking in the condo, and everything we needed to do so was there...plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. We also used the grills which worked great as well. There were two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, but we did purchase extra, as well as paper plates and paper towels. The condo was clean when we arrived. One minor place for improvement is that the bathrooms really could use more bars or hooks to hang wet towels/clothes/swimsuits. We had to hang things over chairs, bed footboards, and on door handles. Again this is minor but something we noted. The beach and pool area were great. The weather was somewhat cool and windy, so much of our time was spent in the small heated pool. It would have been nice if the large pool was heated (it was very cold!), but understandable that if it was a hot week, it would have been refreshing. The hot tub was closed for repairs for most of the week, which was a huge disappointment, but these things happen. The beach service did take up a large portion of the beach in front of the property, which from what I could tell, not that many people utilized. You really had to walk down the beach a bit to get a more isolated spot. But there is plenty of beautiful beach for miles...the best white fluffy sand for making sand castles and digging holes! We didn't venture out much, but we did get carry out at Paul's Pizza, across the street, and it was excellent. We found all the souvenirs and beach items we needed at the shops across the street as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would visit again!
