Our stay was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our family of four. The amenities at this property are 5 star and the pool is beautiful. Owners were very easy to communicate with and were even able to get us into a the unit early. Thanks for a great week. We hope to book here again.

Wonderful stay. Great property. The heated pool was actually warm, not barely heated. That kept the hot tub from being overcrowded. Beautiful, well thought out condo. A minor detail, but we spend a lot of time on the balcony and the gravity chairs are so much more comfortable than standard plastic or wooden chairs. Check-in was easy and the communication with the owners was great.

The hosts, Yavonne and Nestor, were fabulous! They were in touch before and during our stay when I had a question. Yavonne took the time to send a message with their favorite restaurants! Everything we needed (and more!) were provided in the condo. I appreciate their maintenance of the property, i.e., new toilets and large TV. The view was awesome - there’s nothing better on a chilly day than to be wrapped in a hoody and blanket, on the balcony in the sun, listening to the ocean while reading a book - heaven!

The condo was beautifully decorated and larger than anticipated. The oversized King was also a plus. You can't beat the view. Yavonne was very responsive as well. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We met some friends for a week long beach vacation. This was our 2nd visit to this property and both times were wonderful. The condo is comfortable, roomy, very clean with amazing views. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphin playing in the water. Check in and out process was quick and easy. Will book again when in the area.

Very Relaxing Stay

This was a relaxing stay. The condo had everything that we needed and was very clean and inviting. We have stayed at Indigo before, but this was the first time in this unit. Communication was great and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this unit for your stay.

Please allow us to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Unit 1903E at Indigo East. We are Nestor and Yavonne Rodriguez from Atlanta, Georgia, and we purchased the condo couple of years ago from Judd and Ikuko Patten.

For those of you who have vacationed here before, you can understand why we fell in love not only with Perdido Key and its serene surroundings, but also Indigo Condominiums. After our vacation we couldn’t stop thinking about how amazing it would be to own a little piece of this paradise. The luxurious accommodations, the awesome pool area, and of course that gorgeous beach – they all left a lasting impression on us. And we have to say, the management team here does a fantastic job of keeping everything in tip-top shape. After giving it much thought and prayer, we were fortunate to come to an agreement with the Pattens to make the purchase.

We realize that we have some big shoes to fill, because Judd and Ikuko have excellent ratings, and after talking to them many times, we know how important their clients are to them.
