The Space:

This comfortable condo boasts coastal elegance throughout, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere for you and your guests. The full, well-equipped kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances you'll need to cook your chef-inspired meals, and the dining table. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie night on the 70-inch TV and DVD player. There is a full-size washer/dryer located in the laundry room. And right outside, the spacious, private, furnished balcony provides incredible Gulf-front views. Guests of this condo will also enjoy access to shared swimming pools, a children's water play area, shared grills, a picnic area, a walkway to beach access, a snack bar, and a fitness center. This home also includes beach service for two guests, plus complimentary umbrellas and two lounge chairs.



Pier Park is only one-and-a-half miles to the west and offers guests plenty of shops, dining options, and activities for the kids. Restaurant are within walking distance of the property. Guests may also enjoy a fun and fascinating dolphin experience at Gulf World, or some mini-golf just a half-mile down the road.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful place. Wonderful stay. Would suggest bringing your own blankets, as bedding covers are thin. Great location, pools, and location to beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Golden Girls Panama City Holiday

My sisters and I had a wonderful time on our trip. The condo has everything you could possibly need. Was very clean and exactly as what was described. Loved the location of the condo, being just above the pool and beach. We already plan to go back.

Relaxing Time

Condo was comfortable. We had everything we needed. For a condo building it’s size, the elevators were not a big issue. The palm trees at the pool did block some of the view. That would probably be my only complaint.

Nice Room; easy stay

The property was as pictured and overall very nice. Elevators were timely and on 7th floor didn't have to wait very long to get down or up. Our check-in was 2 hours late as the property was not clean/ready at 4 pm. Could be due to worker challenges many businesses are going through right now. The floors also were not terribly clean on check-in; but everything else was very nice/clean. No extra blankets in the room due to COVID restrictions (per Vacasa staff) - so bring extra if you need. I would stay here again.

May Getaway

We booked to enjoy the beach and take in some of Thunderbeach. We had a great time. The condo was lovely. It was a little chilly and we would recommend adding a few blankets. They were working on one of the pools but the other one was open and very nice. We loved having covered parking. We loved being right on the beach and right next door to Senior Frogs and Sharky’s. It is a one mile walk to Pier Park so we never moved our car the whole time we were there. The master bed is a memory foam type and not firm so those with back issues should be aware. All of the appliances were in good working order. Maintenance did need to come to make a minor repair and they were very responsive and quick. I would recommend adding an oven mitt and a sponge mop. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice stay!

The property is kept immaculately clean, and our condo was also very nice beach was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for three adults and two teens. Plenty of sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunsets, great pool area. The young lady working in the front office on the day we checked in was just lovely and sweet! I only have two criticisms and neither do anything major. The condo is so well equipped with everything you could need except a hairdryer. So now that if you are coming you need to bring your own. Secondly, the property owner has no control over this, but the beach service company is just horrible. The staff is rude, disorganized, and doesn’t understand how to properly set up chairs. Or umbrellas. Other than that, our stay was just delightful! If you are hungry for barbecue while there, Mor’s original barbecue across the street is quite good and the people there are really nice!
