The Space:

Plantation Palms 6604 is tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. The living room features 2 lazy boys so dad can watch the big game while the children frolic in either the pool or the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This gulf front 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and the master King bedroom. The guest bedroom is on the North side of the condo and has a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, perfect for children and teens. There is tile throughout with area accent rugs. The beautiful remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and granite counters, as well as new appliances, and is outfitted for making meals and memories! Book beautiful Plantation 6604 today.



THINGS TO KNOW

The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.

Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.

The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Beautiful beach views

Great beach views, nice family atmosphere, kitchen is nicely equipped and had everything we needed, but honestly we did most of our cooking on the outdoor grills

Amazing Location

Excellent Family Friendly

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and family friendly. The condo was clean and enjoyable. We did have a couple maintenance issues when we got there, but we reached out and had a timely response and offers to resolve the issues. These issues did not in any way hinder our stay, we just wanted them to be aware of what was going on.

Family retreat

Very nice location. Would have given this place 5 stars but the cleanliness was not great. Shower curtain had mold all over it. Skillet had eggs stuck on it that had not been properly washed. Bed was clean and comfortable. Location was great!

July beach trip

We stayed at plantation palms #6604 for a week. We have stayed as a family at plantation palms every year for the past 20 years. This condo was a little disappointing in that it didn’t have any beach chairs/toys available for use. We were also only able to find one extra blanket which was not helpful when we had children using the pull out couch. Also the microwave was damaged and the closet door as you enter the condo is broken. I will not choose this condo again compared with others we have stayed in.

Don't book here because of VACASA

Long story shortened, the dryer left dark streak marks on most of the clothes, and it was very visible on all the whites. My son only brought white shirts and two of my daughters swimsuits have white on them, so their clothes are ruined. We tried to contact VACASA and they did not communicate well. We couldn't do any laundry for the last 3 days (which is pretty miserable on a sandy beach). We texted over ten times, and still have had nothing resolved. The condo itself was fine. The complex is great. We've come to the plantation 15 times in 16 years, but this is the worst communication ever from a rental management company.
