Seawind's amenities include a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, a beachside hot tub, a zero-entry wading pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor grilling area.

Take advantage of a prime location less than a mile-and-a-half from downtown Gulf Shores and moments away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you're looking for endless hours of family-friendly fun, Highway 59 features a plethora of family-friendly attractions, including Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.



Things to know:

The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours. For current updates on construction progress and timeline, or for any questions related to the Seawind Elevator Modernization Project.

Great condo and gorgeous beach!

Condo is very nice and well kept. Beach access is very easy also. Elevators can be crowded, this condo the third bunk bedroom the tv didn't work-related and pull out bed in couch is broken. Also, no extras here from past guests (bring your salt and pepper, soap, and extra towels). All in all we had a really great time, enjoyed this condo. It's very spacious and nicely decorated.

Second time staying

We love Seawind. The only downfall we have ever had is having to check in to the room at 4. We arrived a few hours early, no one was in the room, but we couldnt go in until after 4. Aside from that small inconvenience, we all love staying here and will definitely be back!

Very generic condo

The condo was a very basic condo. It was relatively clean. There were no extra sheets or blankets. The bar stools were in terrible shape. The building only had two elevators, and it took us and hour to get down when we were leaving. The pool was small and crowded.

Just need more elevators.

Bedding sheets had stains. Only two coffe mugs? Small disappointment to a wonderful vacation with an amazing view. Largest downfall, only two elevators and they need more. Long lines at times. Owners say up to 46 minute wait in July. We would stay in this condo again during an off season. for that reason. The view and location is the best!

Family Get Together

Loved this condo. Good location, close to everything, just off SR59. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Balcony was amazing with wonderful views of the gulf from east, south and west. Saw dolphins almost every morning sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee. Carts were available near the elevators to get all our stuff from the car to condo. Condo was clean and well furnished. Nice to have full size washer and dryer and dedicated laundry room. Carpet in living room area needs replaced. We had a wonderful vacation with our daughter, son in law and grandson. Plenty of room, a very spacious condo. Thank you.

Needs updating and cleaning

There was so much dust on the furniture, I literally could write my name on it. Microwave was dirty, tv not only had SEVEN remote controls but picture is fuzzy and makes you sea sick! Kitchen table chairs, one was missing and the other three are torn and falling apart. No parking spots and was told to park across street at the Waffle House. Last time staying here

Amenities

We discovered the first day that the TV in the living room did not function properly. There was no remote and after 5 minutes of running it was so blurry we could not focus on it. In fact all rooms had things missing from the TV set up like power cords, remotes, DVD player cords. I tried to call repeatedly but was left on hold for more that 2 hrs. The kitchen was severely under stocked missing simple items like plastic cups bowls and coffee filters, ect. The closets had three hangers so we had to go buy some. The fixtures in both bathrooms, towel holders and TP holders fell right off the wall when touched. The railing on the deck was loose and it vibrated so loud in the wind we could not sleep. The elevators situation was ridiculous!!! We waited for an hour to catch the one elevator in service and it was so full we ended up going down 11 flights of stairs with all of our stuff. We have stayed in these condominiums before, but this was a huge disappointment. Everything we could have lived with except having 4 kids and no working tv, then no response from property management was very frustrating.

When we first arrived the condo “looked” great. Balcony view of ocean was awesome and balcony furniture was very nice.We had been driving for 11 hours and all of us were tired. As we prepared children(4 year olds) for bed in the room with bunk beds-my husband noticed that the bunk beds were wobbling. After inspecting the bunk beds we learned that the only thing holding up the top bunk was the wall. The pegs and screws were cracked and broke and screws were stripped out. The child on the bottom would be crushed when the top fell. The room was small so my husband and son in law took the bunk beds apart and removed them and girls slept on the mattress on the floor. We didn’t like it but kids didn’t care so we just moved past the issue. And we’re thankful nothing bad happened as it was a BIG safety issue.After kids were down, we discovered that the lock on the balcony was broke.This was another huge safety issue because children could go on the balcony without an adult or while we were asleep. The furniture on the balcony was nice but it was tall and a child could easily fall over the railing on the balcony if they climbed on top of it.I tried to call maintenance but all the numbers were in OREGON.There was NO local office on site, no room maintenance on site.Vacasa does not manage the condos well -pool and splash pad we’re also gross.I feel owners of condo are not aware that Vacasa is neglecting the upkeep of the condo and the grounds.There is more but I am out of room to write.
