The Space:

This complex puts you close to the center of Gulf Shores, in a low-density building offering just 32 total units. Your convenient location puts you close to the beach, so you can frolic in the sand and surf whenever you like. If you venture a bit further, you'll find scenic trails waiting to be explored together and golf courses for those who brought their clubs. Before heading back to your vacation home, try one of the local restaurants along the water for a lovely view to accompany the food.



After an eventful outing, come back to a welcoming, airy interior sporting completely new furniture and an open layout. Wind down on the sofa or chair in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the TV, or make a snack in the well-equipped kitchen. Partake in your creation at the bar there or at the dining table. Accompany your meal with a breathtaking view from your balcony. If you didn't have enough fun in the water earlier, go for a dip in the Gulf-facing pool, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Better yet, come back and soak in the primary bathroom's Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower before settling down in one of the many comfortable bedrooms.

Amazing!!!! Clean, right on the beach and right down the street from all of the great restaurants. Would stay here again. Security guard was awesome too. Very nice and helpful.

Great location. An older building, but the condo was in good condition. The beds were comfortable. Clean enough, but sand on the tile throughout the condo. Beautiful views from balcony. Would go again.

Overall pleased with everything except this is a condo that can sleep 13 adults but only allows parking for 2 vehicles.

I loved the condo! It was beautiful and very clean. My only issue was the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms wasnt working, so it got pretty stuffy in that room even with the air conditioner turned down.

Excellent stay

We rented the condo for the State Track meet. There were 10 of us staying at the condo and it had an amazing amount of room. It was a great location and had an amazing view. We highly recommend this condo and will be staying here again.

Nice stay

The property and amenities were as described. Check in was straight forward. Plenty of parking. The unit was clean and well furnished. Great location. The only comment I would make is that we were a small group so were fine but for a larger group I would note that 2 of the bedrooms were quite small. All and all a great stay.

We hit okay not 5 star. While the unit was nice, the kitchen supplies left much to be desired. The blender has no bottom. There are only 6 forks and no tablespoons. There is a small frying pan. Not many glasses or mugs for the amount of people the condo holds. There is a broken chair on the patio and the trash can doesn’t open when stepped on. The handle on the freezer is broken at the bottom connection. Sent pictures, but no acknowledgment. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo. We didn’t enjoy doing dishes due to lack of silverware and glasses.

Nice place

The condo is nice and roomy with a good view. It is a little short on the amenities and a few repairs were needed but the maintenance staff was very quick to respond and fix most of the issues.

What a view!!!

The place was super roomy, bathrooms galore and plenty of towels. The kitchen is well stocked. The stools in the kitchen need to be replaced, the a/c u it is a little loud, but works great! The sunsets were amazing from the balcony! I would definitely stay here again!

8th floor

We had a great stay minus one day of no elevator. It was broken for about 24 hours which meant our senior folks were unable to leave the condo completely since we were on the 8th floor.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing was the hill of sand to walk up and down to get to the beach. The walk way should be longer and maybe a step or two.

Great property very clean but refrigerator didn’t work.

This is a great unit with a great view and location. The only complaint is that the refrigerator wasn’t working and I had problems getting in touch with Vacasa.

Well appointed spacious condo for large family gatherings

Great time at this top floor condo with excellent views of the Gulf. Rooms had some oversized furniture that could be downsized to allow for easier maneuverability in the rooms. Cable/Sat TV and internet intermittently working. Floors could use a better cleaning, and need a broom available to guests. Overall, would stay here again. The convenient location and number of beds/baths was great for our large family gathering.

Great Ocean View

Quiet location in February. Plenty of space and a bathroom for every room. Unit is relatively clean, could use a good spring cleaning and more attention to detail. Towels were new, but hadn’t been washed so they weren’t very absorbent. Kitchen has limited supplies, one towel, no hot pads. Overall we would stay again.

Room for All

Overall the property was in fairly good shape. There is a few things requiring attention. Mostly in the Mater bedroom. The remote control for the Dish box is missing. Also the garden tub needs some faucet work done. The water runs continuously. The location is fantastic. On the top floor!! And there is lots of room for all.
