Great location!

Loved the ocean view and condo was in a great location. The walk to the beach was short so it was easy to run up to the condo for a quick bite to eat.

Highly recommend!

Condo is in a great area for eating, shopping and any other needs. Straight walk out to clean beach. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. No issues checking in or out. Great place overall!

Nice ocean front property.

Great vacation spot for the family. Not crowded. Great ocean view. Beds were cozy. The person staying in the room beside us slammed the door every time they went in and out of the room so it was a bit loud... ... overall great stay!

Nice view

Pros. Clean, easy to check in, plenty of towelsCons. Dinig set is very outdated and uncomfortable, need new pillows, maybe supply paper plates so we won’t have to dirty the nice ones. Worst thing was when a guy walked into our condo as he was shouting “housekeeping “ at 915!!

Not my favorite place

The room had opened cans and stuff on the floor, a broken door lock on patio and dirty bedding in master. Contacted immediately with pictures, they said someone would call to work it out. Never heard back besides multiple text wanting me to rate my stay.

Terrible

Pictures are misleading, key pad on door doesn’t work most of the time, key lock didn’t have a key, not clean, vent hanging from the ceiling, bathroom door knob failing off. Can’t get in touch with property manager. Horrible experience!!! Mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom!

very nice place, not so great responsiveness

The condo was beautiful. However, when we went to make the sofa bed that night it had a dirty sheet covered in food crumbs on it. And, then we discovered the only bedding they left us for it was a twin size and would not fit. I spent an hour trying to get customer service to answer and was hung up on multiple times. Eventually I spoke to someone and they said unless the issue was dangerous they could not help until the next day. So, we took the top sheet off another bed to cover the sofa bed mattress and used a bedspread to cover up with. There were not other blankets of any kind anywhere in the condo. The next afternoon still no sheets so I called again only to have the same experience. It took almost an hour to get someone to answer and hung up on multiple times. Again I was told they would be delivered that day. They never were. We checked out the next day and never did receive the linens. Also, the place is very sparsely equipped. No hairdryers in either bathroom so I had to go buy one. I have never had accommodations without a hairdryer before. So, all in all, the place is really cute and location is great, but responsiveness was the worst I have ever experienced.
