The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze - if you're brave enough you can search for that recipe you've been dying to try and finally show off your cooking skills! You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

The condo and all facilities at CSW were very accommodating and well maintained! We were provided the wrong pool/beach code but the owner very promptly responded with the updated information. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

Great place.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean & well decorated. Good location. Great view of the beach from large balcony. Plenty of parking & fast elevators. We would stay there again.

Girls Trip!!!

The girls and I enjoyed our stay at Crystal Shores West. The room was clean and the pictures were accurate. There is a wonderful view of the ocean and in just a few steps you are on the beach.

The only thing we would have liked was a blanket on the bed in the primary bedroom or even in the closet that we could have thrown on The duvet was thin and we like covers If available, we would book this unit for our next getaway.

Gulf shores

We had a great time. The ocean sounds are amazing. Furniture could use replaced, just kinda stained and dirty. Also the closets could use some hangers. Overall things were great.

Beautiful location right of the beach.

Place was cleaned very well and stay has been wonderful. Check in process could have been better. Guest in other units were able to check in earlier than 4pm, while this unit we had to wait until after 4 pm. Couple of lights were out, not a big deal. Appliance are new and clean. Very happy with stay other than cost overhead of about 60%.

The condo itself was very nice and homie. But our experience was terrible. The elevators were and still are broke. Having to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs for our entire stay was horrible. My mother could not come and enjoy any activities because she can't walk up and down those many flights of stairs. We had no update on when the elevators would be working again. 2 nights we walked down to go to the pool, and it was closed. And this was at 8pm. I am very disappointed in our stay. Again, the condo itself was very clean and nice.

Felt like a Motel 6

No smart TVs. In this day and age is a must. Master bathroom slightly dirty, no roller to put toilet paper on and curtain and liner were gross. Only 1 garbage bag. I love Crystal Shores West, but without the full kitchen and washer/dryer, I felt like I could have been staying at a Motel 6. Disappointed

Overall, it was a great stay! The facilities, room, and staff were excellent. The room itself is very nice, clean, spacious, and so convenient with quick access to most everything in the Gulf Shores. My only negatives: **The WiFi could used to be secure and upgraded. We had to be on our network instead of WiFi for almost the entire trip. When more than 1 device was connected, we could not use any others. This cost to maintain a paid service can easily be incorporated into the cost for customers to stay by a slight uptick in cost. **Towels and wash clothes, toilet paper, and pillows all need upgraded. All were low quality items. Overall, I wish the app allowed for a more detailed overall rating as it it definitely a place that deserves higher than a 4-star rating but not quite 5-star. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5-4.75-star rating.

Could have been much better!

There were no sheets for the pull out. Had to call and got them at 10:00pm the second night. The bedroom closet doors were off track and propped up. The lamp didn’t work in the guest bedroom. The dishwasher didn’t work. Had to call to get that fixed. All in all not a great experience in this condo. I felt like I spent a good amount of time on the phone trying to get in touch with management to get things done.
