A key fob is provided to access the beach & pool area. The fob will be hanging up on the key hook that is located on the wall by the dining table. You will be charged $100 for a lost fob.

Across the street from Pier 33 Groceries/Beach Shop & West Beach Coffee. Walking distance to Bahama Bob's & Janino's. Less than a mile from Wave's & Package store, The Hangout, The Beach House Kitchen, Gulf Place and Gulf Shore nightlife and souvenir shops. Relax and enjoy your surroundings at Pine Beach Trail (1 mile) or Gulf State Park (3 miles).

Per HOA- must be 25 to check in, government Id for reservation has to match at check in and must agree to all house rules in a signed rental agreement that will be sent after booking.

Please note: this unit is on the 1st floor but climbing a few stairs is necessary (no elevator in the building). The unit looks out towards the gulf over a small part of the parking lot and pool.
