The Space:

This condo looks directly out at the pool, lazy river, beach, and Gulf. It is a 1,042 square feet two-bedroom, two-bath, seventh-floor condo. The balcony is Gulf-facing with access from the living room and main bedroom. Nicely decorated in earth hues with splashes of color. The main bedroom has a king and the guest room has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper in the living room. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. The building is across the street from Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf. No streets or traffic to deal with. You'll simply use the climate-controlled crosswalk (across Beach Hwy) to reach the outdoor pool with lazy river, hot tub, and beach club as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach which are all Gulf front. There is a second outdoor pool and indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub on the same side as the building. There are saunas and restrooms at both pool areas and a separate BBQ area.



THINGS TO KNOW

Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.

Pool was great! Especially with double red flags at the beach. Room was exactly as advertised and clean. Only complaint is couch. Very stained and undesirable to sit on.

Felt like home

Our Condo was AWESOME! The Kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of! VERY CLEAN! Was the perfect place to stay!!! The pool, hot tubs, and most importantly the beach was there at a very short walk!!!!! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Cozy and Calming

This place was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving holiday. It’s not right on the beach but the view is beachfront. When you open the doors to get that beachfront breeze and fresh air…Best feeling in the world.

The condo was very clean. The pool areas are very well kept. Beach access is easy. Kid friendly. I would give this property 5 stars, but the shower drain was clogged and the dishwasher did not work, and apparently had not worked in a while judging by the appearance of the inside of it. The balcony is nice with very nice gliders. The road traffic is pretty loud, but not unbearable. I would stay here again.

Ocean View Vacation

Love the check in/check out process. Only thing that I didn’t care for is the lack of direct contact we had with the downstairs desk. When I needed to reach the help desk I had to call the one-eight hundred number that was giving through my email when I booked the condo. Other than that my stay was amazing and I will be returning.

Nice Property with Great Beach

Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights and had plenty of space in the nice unit. The unit was clean. The HVAC was cold. There was plenty of space. My only notes would be to bring blankets (bedding was light weight) and washcloths (there was the minimum). Overall a great location and property! Overall

Nice condo...beware of the amenity policy

We have stayed at Crystal Tower before, and have always enjoyed it. The main draw for us is the lazy river. This condo was very nice, and had some very thoughtful touches in the supplies, etc. It is right by the elevators, but we never noticed any noise from that. My only real complaint is that the lazy river was not operational, and we were not notified of that (apparently, the motor had gone out). We paid what appeared to be a premium for that (based on comparable others that we saw without a lazy river), so that was very disappointing. We did reach our to the management company about getting some type of compensation, and they stated that their rental policies state that they take no responsibility for any amenities that they have listed that are not actually functional.

Perfect location

The property was very clean and well maintained! The AC blew cold and was perfect for cooling off after the beach! The location is perfect with 3 pools on property and a short walk to the beach using the connected catwalk to cross over the street! (Although we never used the indoor pool). The kitchen did have everything you needed to cook a meal but at the VERY MINIMUM. No spices or salt or pepper etc were left in the condo. Which isn’t required but is at most other VRBO locations we have stayed. Also do not try using the Vacasa app to communicate with property management for any of your needs as it takes 1-2 days to respond. I tried using the app but had to call to get wrist bands and a comforter for one of the beds. Also the comforters provided are no more than a thick sheet. We made a trip to the local Walmart for our own supplies. Plenty of towels in the condo for shower and beach use. The washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver but we bought our own detergent. They do provider detergent but it is only 2 loads worth. (Prepackaged for single use). We needed more for a weeks stay. Same with toilet paper and other supplies as they do provide them but you will run out on a longer stay.

No TV

I booked the property and was notify a week before that the walk way to the beach and bathrooms were closed due to construction. Well guess what thats and inconvenience when you have a 5yr and things to carry and crossing the busy street was a definite NO NO. The crossover was the main reason I chose cystal towers and was told I couldn't cancel because I was within the 30 days. Arrival day the room was beautiful and we were excited to get settled in and start our vacation. Once we got settled in and tried to watch TV we noticed the cable wasn't working in any room and the guest tv had a shortage and wouldn'tstay on. I then looked into calling management but it was after 5pm so we were without TV all Night. I have a 5yr and that was a long long long night. I ended up having to wash the sheets on the bed again because I noticed the sheets had a few stains they didn't stink so maybe the owners should get a new set. The next morning I received a text concerning the TV issue a little after 9am. I in return called the number because to me this was a serious issue and texting wasn't going to get the job done. I was informed to contact a 3rd party and someone from maintenance would come look at the other TV. The young lady told me she was sorry and would let customer service know about it. Well I still haven't heard from customer service. I called the cable company and they said they would send someone out that morning.The maintenance guy came about 10 and tried to fix the TVs but it didn't work I appreciate his efforts. I waited until after 12pm on the cable to come. I ultimately made the decision to leave because at that point my kids were irritable and complaining about how their springbreak was being ruined. After leaving the condo I noticed I had an missed call from an odd number so I called back and behold it was the cable guy. He said "yes I called about the cable in 705" well sir you didn't leave a message and didn't call back to ensure I got the call I've wasted half the day waiting for YOU and im sitting eating with my kids!!! What should I do? He replies I don't know I'm at the condo now. I was literally pissed because no one should be dealing with this type of crap on vacation he finally went in and fixed the tvs. I was basically forced to give a stranger the code to our condo to fix the TV or be without one. That made me very uncomfortable. The property is nice but there's definitely some things that need to change.
