The Space:

You'll have everything you need for a memorable Gulf Shores escape at Lighthouse 405, a gulf-front condo with beautiful views of the beach from its private balcony and fantastic community amenities to fill your days with fun and relaxation.





The interior of this condo is well-appointed and blissfully cool, offering central air conditioning and an open floor plan that brings together the full kitchen, the dining space, and the gulf-front living room. There are floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the balcony, flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi throughout, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.





Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Lovely condo right on the beach! We loved the beach side balcony and easy access to hot tub, pools, and beach! Beautiful white sand beach. Would definitely stay again. We appreciated plenty of seating in the living room, and comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the needed amenities, and we appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. Minor item- we were short on the soap that was to be provided- we had only 1 bar of soap per bathroom rather than 2, and we did not have a spare garbage bag provided for kitchen garbage.

The condo was very clean, gorgeous view, super fast elevators and convienient covered parking garage. The only thing I wasnt impressed by was a few of the plugin outlets looked like fire hazards. It was very sketchy looking. I would also know to bring our own spoons next time, as there were only 2 or 3 in the room. I was going to buy some to leave but we left a day early due to a sick kid and I frorgot. Overall, it was a great experience. Very fun and felt like home away from home!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was very spacious and well maintained. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and there is plenty of seating to accommodate the 2 outdoor pools. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Vacation Getaway

This was a much needed vacation and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with things you needed to cook with! Great location and just steps away from the beach. Sitting on the balcony feeling the nice breeze was the best feeling ever. 😊 It was a few things that could have been cleaned up a little better, but overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great room! Great view! Loved being on the second level. It was close to everything! Would stay here again! Many things to do. This was a trips ranging from 6-75 and everyone had a great time. Within walking distance to many great restaurants!

Very relaxing and wonderful

We have been coming for several years now. We have not had one unit we didn’t like.. love to sit on the porch and see the ocean and everyone is so friendly. I love watching the children in the kids pool. Of course the hot tubs are a plus

VRBO 405 Lighthouse

Renting this property was a breeze with excellent communication from initial booking through check out at the end of the stay. The unit was well furnished. All appliances were in excellent condition including the a/c and the water heater. We had a party of 6 and never ran out of hot water. The parking lot was nice with plenty of parking space in each parking spot.

The Lighthouse is in a great locations and is a nice facility. The condo was nice a clean. The AC worked great because it works so good a few got cold. We couldn’t find any blankets. Could use a few updates soon. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Disappointed

These condos say family friendly but it was party cove for college age people. Loud and destructive crowd, throwing trash off balconies into the pool day and night, spitting off into pool area, music blasting most of the night. We arrived with our door not closing properly or locking, security was no help its not their problem. Vacasa customer service 5 rep's were no help, they sent someone the next day around noon. So we had to barricade the door. The master toilet leaked and they had shut off 3 hours prior to our arrival to replace the whole toilet around 3pm the next day and the plumbers left our door unlocked while no one was there, we were at the beach. They didn't call prior like they said. Dead bug in the fridge on arrival. All the blankets were stained and as thin as curtains, they failed to even have a blanket for the couch pullout. The lighting in master needs updating, it was like seeing by candlelight. Within an hour of arrival the kids feet were black from walking around the condo. Bring house shoes or your own cleaning supplies and blankets. Also, no pizza cutter. In need of update appliances and mattresses. Couch pillows had rips.Sucks it was this much money. Literally The Holiday Inn at my last stay in Gulf Shores was much better. If you need guests to stay, advice would make sure you have 1 full day in between stays so housekeeping can do a thorough job. I'm sure no money will br credited it is always someone else's fault. I'm sorry, blah, blah, blah.
