The Space:

Sparkling white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico fill your views from Lighthouse 613, a gulf-front condo with a shaded balcony overlooking the beach and wonderful resort amenities waiting right downstairs.





This condo is open and air-conditioned, offering a full kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room with a flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. All of the bedrooms have TVs as well, while free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the at-home conveniences.





Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

We had a great time! The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit for our family. The hotel office stays open until 10pm, not 5pm like the listing says, just fyi. Plenty of room for the whole family!

The condo was very clean but didn’t have as many amenities in the condo as others we’ve stayed at. Also had items that didn’t work and was told maintenance (Vacasa) would be by and they never showed.

Perfect location and facility

The office staff was friendly, the room we booked was perfect in size and space. Everything was clean, the beach sand was soft and had plenty or space for all families

Family Vacation

It was very nice ocean view condo! Overall this was a amazing place to have a family vacation. Also the only thing I didn't care for was that you had to pay for parking otherwise.I Love the Indoor pool and jacuzzi and great beds and service.

Family vacation

We had an amazing vacation here- very relaxing. The condo is exactly as pictured, it had everything we needed. Management on site was very nice and accommodating. Easy access to pools and beach. We had one minor issue in the condo- texted the management company and they responded immediately. They had their maintenance team sent and it was all taken care of within an hour-we had contacted them at 5:00pm so I was concerned it would be the next day. Just the perfect vacation for us- we would definitely stay again.

Great room and setup. The room was well kept and had plenty of space for everyone. Basic amenities like cups, utensils and coffee maker all checked out. Big fridge! Wash/dryer all worked with no issues. Good location to the elevator and beach access. All around a great room and experience.

Great stay!

The stay was great! Everything was easy to get to and the view was absolutely beautiful! The only think it that there was mold on the ceiling and when you would pull the shower head out there was mold inside that too. Both of the shower heads in the master bathroom.

Great View

Great view and easy access in and out of building and to beach. Mgmt. company stayed in touch with us and checked on our stay several times. Very nice condo and well decorated. Really liked the facility also. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

Spring Break Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and spacious with plenty of room for our party of three. Everything was clean and the building management was friendly and helpful. One suggestion is to have some mixing bowls in the kitchen. I would definitely return.

Great experience

Great experience. The condo was very clean, plenty start up supplies. Plenty dishes, towels, clean bed sheets. Very nice furnishings. Large balcony with outdoor furnishings. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Close walking distance to eating establishments and shops. The condo management were very professional. My wife and I will return to stay at Lighthouse Condos. We highly recommend our friends and family to come stay at Lighthouse Condos.

MOLD! BEWARE! This was a horrible place with mold in the air vents, master bath, master bedroom and living room. We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse many times and always a great experience but this unit was gross. My asthma was activated quickly and I started coughing a lot. We called the host asking to be refunded or moved to a different place (which was available on their website) and they refused both! Their best offer was to come spray with bleach the next day and tried to say I should understand how mold gets there and be okay with it because “not all mold is harmful.” Horrible service. We found a hotel for the first night because we couldn’t stay there. Finally after hours on the phone fighting, they finally relented and said they would refund me (but hasn’t happened yet). The beds were not made when we got there, the linens were in a garbage bag hanging on the door outside, the kids even commented when we got inside how it wasn’t very clean. Probably won’t ever stay with Vacasa again after the way we were treated.

College Dorm Feel

It feels like they have not rented this property for long because it did not include just basic needs. We chose to buy some things and leave there like measuring cups, spoons, some bowls they had no spoons no spatula, no juicer, no blender and the toaster only half worked. It’s supposed to feel like a home away from home, so these people need to get updated to give it that more homey feeling.

Solid Condo

Love The Lighthouse, unit 613 was well located and was a great choice for our stay with the fitness center, pools, beach access and parking were all great. Condo was very easy to keep cool which was super important as it was record heat. The negative: The mattresses were uncomfortable and most of us did not sleep well. Cleanliness was ok, the master bathroom could have been cleaner as there was some mold/mildew from the shower. The kitchen was not very well equipped but we made due.Not having a coffee table was odd and inconvenient but it was pictured that way. Overall we had a good time and it was decent condo.

Great view

The condo was conveniently located with great views, however there were no baking sheets/ cookie sheets. There were no kitchen towels, dish rags or pot holders. I contacted guest services to notify them of this issue, but never received a response. I would recommend The Lighthouse Condominiums to anyone, but would probably steer them clear of 613 until this issue is resolved. The description stated a fully equipped kitchen, but disappointingly enough it was not.
