The condo was convenient & close to the beach, which was definitely a positive. However, the cleanliness of the condo itself was very disappointing. After walking barefoot on the floors, our feet were black. The bathroom rugs felt grimy & appeared stained or dirty. Two of the bed comforters smelled unclean and looked dirty as well. There were extra pillows provided in the closet, but no extra pillowcases to use with them. The couch was also very worn out, saggy, and uncomfortable.I was extremely disappointed with the management company and how our arrival issues were handled. When we arrived, the kitchen light, master bedroom light, master bathroom light, & hallway light would not turn on. It was getting dark outside, and we had very little light to unpack or move around safely.I called & they instructed me to check the breaker box in the washer and dryer area, but it was not there. I called back & was told they would contact the property manager, who would then contact us about coming to fix the issue. By this point it was completely dark, & we were having to feel our way around the condo to find necessary items.After removing mirrors & pictures from the walls, we finally located the breaker box ourselves & restored the lights without any assistance. We never heard back from the property manager that evening. He did stop by early the next afternoon, but by then we had already solved the problem ourselves.The biggest issue overall was the lack of cleanliness.
