美しいサニベルコンドミニアムのユニット706は、新しく購入した、美しく装飾されたコンドミニアムで、家の快適さをすべて備えています。 キッチンには設備が整っており、花崗岩のカウンタートップが自慢です。 リビングルーム、キッチン、ダイニングエリア全体は、メキシコ湾のエメラルド色の海を見渡すガラス張りの正面です。

遊歩道とシャワーのある公共ビーチへのアクセスは、通りの真向かいにあります。 ウエストビーチは、交通量が少なく、ビーチの家に囲まれた非常に静かな地域ですが、地元のアトラクションからは数分です。 サニベルの正面にコンドミニアムはありません。したがって、景色は息をtakingむほどです。 大きなバルコニーはお客様のお気に入りであり、バルコニーからは日の出と日の入りの素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。

Great condo with great owners. It was perfect for our family of four, offering clean and comfortable accommodations for everyone. Not to mention, a great view and balcony, which is perfect at all hours. This place also offers a short walk to the beach and a great W. Beach Blvd. location that's just out of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, but still very close to everything. We'll likely be back and when we do, we'll have fishing rods to take advantage of the fishing access just steps to the northeast of the building.

If you haven’t booked yet, what are you waiting on?

The bedrooms were spacious, master bed was comfortable. The entire condo was clean, neat, and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Of course, the view was second to none!! Early morning coffee and sunrise on the balcony was just what the doctor ordered. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The elevators were always available and easy to access. We took advantage of the pool and workout areas at the resort- which itself was also clean, easy to navigate, and safe.

Beautiful view

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfectly clean and ready to enjoy! The location was perfect for getting our feet in the sand and the view was beautiful! We really enjoyed the two rooms with private bathrooms as we had our 2 teenage daughters with us. The kitchen had everything we needed and was setup well to do meals in when we wanted. Craig was wonderful at communicating and checked it to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Birthday Trip

This unit was amazing!! The unit was very clean, fully stocked and my family and i loved it.. The view was outstanding.. Being able to sit out on the balcony and feel a cool breeze from the water was everything!!! The owner of this unit was very helpful with suggesting eating places and other things. We greatly appreciate his kindness of checking on my family and i through out our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues from directions of our arrival to checking in on us to make sure i trip home was safe. My next vist will definitely be back here at this unit! Book it!!!

Spectacular! Checks All The Boxes

If you are considering booking this gem, do not hesitate! The amazing view is showcased by the floor to ceiling windows drawing you to the beauty of the gulf. Long mornings on the balcony are a must. The condo is immaculate and has all the perks any vacationer would want. The owner goes above and beyond - communication, thoughtfulness, hospitality and willingness to help in any way possible. Highly recommended! Definitely checks all the boxes: Location, cleanliness, considerate, amenities, friendliness, communication, price. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Best condo ever

Please don’t miss out on this gem! You will be sorry! It was the cleanest, freshest, nicest, and best location condo we’ve ever stayed in. Owner is super nice and I can’t say it enough how clean this unit was. Plenty of room and the view was spectacular. You wake up and walk towards the kitchen and the view hits you like a ton of bricks. It’s AMAZING!! Don’t miss out! Book NOW!! PS watch for dolphins from the balcony! 🐬

Great vacation

This condo was over all amazing, kitchen was fully equipped with everything u could need, bed were comfortable, view from the living room & balcony was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Back To School Trip

We wanted to take a quick trip before going back to school. The property was very nice and accessible. We enjoyed how spacious the unit was and it’s proximity to the beach. Hope to stay again in the future. :)
