The Space:

This is a third-floor, one-bedroom condo that sleeps six. The condo is outfitted with tile floors in the living areas and carpeting in bedrooms. The private balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf and beach. There is an outdoor pool as well as a fitness center, a barbecue and picnic area, and an outside shower. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Berth bunks perfect for the kids are tucked away in the hallway. Extending the options further is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo comes with wireless Internet access. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or in common areas. There is a maximum of one car per property, and a parking pass is required.

I was only sent an e/mail that my booking was confirmed. Did not get an e-mail about check-in or the codes to do so. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half, when I finally checked my credit card charge and found a number of someone to call. Once I did that I was able to make progress and get checked in. The unit was not as clean as VRBO would want. Good crumbs in the utensil draw and on the coffee table in the living room.For a short stay, not receiving any check-in information was unacceptable.
