The Space:

Whether you're hanging out in the spacious living area, lounging outside on the wraparound balcony, or resting in the beach-view master bedroom, this Gulf-front condo on Romar Beach takes full advantage of the amazing views. Guests at Summer House #401B will enjoy access to the on-site beachside pool, shady gazebo, indoor, heated pool, and extra-large hot tub. This complex also offers Omni tennis courts, a basketball court, and a putting green to keep your skills sharp while on vacation.



Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at the Wharf, just six miles away. Arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your vacation rental. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, just 16 miles west.

Great views This place was perfect for us.

This property is a great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room. My sister has limited mobility and it was super easy for her to get around. We rented a beach wheelchair and the ramp made it easy. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed the outside pool was closed for construction and we were not made aware from the owner. This was a major issue for me. There were loud noises from construction work as well that we were not made aware. The property is beautiful and we will stay again!

Summer vacation

Great property. Beautiful, large balcony. Lots of kitchen dishes, utensils, etc! Only negative we’re the beds were a little uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

Great condo, best view, wrap around balcony with corner unit. Easy access to beach. Nice pool. Indoor pool nice to escape too much sun. Tennis and basketball kept teenagers busy. Close to fun things todo.loved it

Great Views

This unit has a beautiful view from all the rooms. This unit is run down and needs some care. The carpet is horrible and the mold on the master bathroom ceiling is very disturbing. I reported it the first day I arrived and nothing was done.
