The Space:

Enjoy a relaxing family vacation or weekend getaway in this beautifully updated three-bedroom condo in Orange Beach! Grab your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach on the furnished, private balcony. This condo features a completely remodeled full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze. This condo also has access to the shared amenities at The Palms such as the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool overlooking the beach, tennis court, sauna, and beach access, so no one will be bored on this trip.



Grab your beach chair and head down the boardwalk and enjoy a day of fun in the sun right behind the condo! When you aren't enjoying the onsite amenities, you can head into town where you can find local shopping, delicious dining options, and activities for all ages! Take an adventure to the Alabama/Florida state line and enjoy great food, live bands, and even bingo at the famous FloraBama, less than four miles east of the condo! Adventure Island is a short drive from the complex as well, so take the whole family on a trip they won't forget.



THINGS TO KNOW

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Only complaint would be that the condo doesn’t supply umbrella and chair setup for the beach. With the price we paid that would be a nice perk.

We could not have picked a better place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as listed on the website and the condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect and so convenient to everything we wanted and needed. Family getaway

It was a nice long weekend. The home was perfect for us. There were 8 adults and 2 kids. It was roomy and so nice. Has a beautiful view from the balcony.

Excellent property

Wonderful layout for larger family group. Everyone was able to move freely. The kitchen was well stocked and included utensils for small children we appreciated having option of single serve and pots of coffee. The beds were comfortable and the pillows numerous.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was as expected and then some. It was very clean and comfortable. We had 7 people in our group age 13 and up and it was perfect. Lots of things to see and do close by. Will absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation with our adult children

We loved everything about this unit. Super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space, roomy bedrooms & bathrooms. Only negative was that only one elevator worked. Everything else was amazing! We will choose this property again🥰

I just want breakfast

The property is amazing. Vacasa failed to fix two simple things to make this a 5 star stay. I immediately reported that the toaster was a fire hazard and coffee crate didn't fit the coffee maker. It took 6 days for a replacement coffee pot and never did I get a toaster. I asked every sing

great condo

This condo was absolutely everything we needed. Very clean, spacious, and stocked well. Including board games, movies, beach chairs, umbrellas/canopy, sand toys, crab net, etc. My only complaint was it needed to be sprayed for bugs. We found a few crawlers in the kitchen but that was it!!!

Great place! Wonderful stay. No check in for parking pass

We had 6 people have a wonderful stay. Clean condo with comfortable furniture, including two reclining chairs inside. Outside lots of places to sit and a high table for an unobstructed view! The only slight issue was the listing says you have to register for parking passes. They have updated it so that the parking passes are printed waiting for you in the condo upon arrival which was great! No need to register. The pool was clean and the elevators were being mopped regularly. You can tell they are trying to make everything clean and safe. Which is so appreciated. View was wonderful and very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Condo 212

Lost power on 2nd floor. Property manager not available to allow electrician on site to fix problem. Spent the night without power and had medical equipment which we could not utilize. Power not restored until late afternoon the next day. No comp offer was given due to this circumstance. Condo itself was awesome and perfect for our family.

Frustrating

This trip was all over the place. Vacations of this sort are supposed to be relaxing. Hmm. Well, check in was a breeze until we entered the condo and saw the extremely uninviting stained furniture in the living room. Every inch of the couch and 3 chairs had to be covered up with bed sheets for our stay. Even the stained pillows on the couch had to go unused and piled up in the corner of the living room. Shortly after, I received a text message asking how everything was and to send a rating. I sent a 3. Immediately, I received a response with apologies and statements that the furniture is clean, but that because of oils and stains overtime, it just does not “visibly look clean”. An offer came to send a cleaning company to clean all of the furniture, but we would not be able to sit on it for a day. This was confusing because I was just told it was clean and very frustrating that we would have nothing to sit on for the day. I wish this review site would allow me to post pictures because it really was unbelievable what we walked into. The General Manager said he has previously spoken to the owners to have it replaced because it is definitely not friendly. At this point, we went on with our trip with our sheet covered furniture and I never mentioned it again. It was however quite frustrating seeing the other families’ condos and how nice and inviting they were. We couldn’t have those families to ours because of the embarrassing sheet covered furniture. No one wanted to sit on it.
