The Space:

Gorgeously situated at the point where The Pass meets the open Gulf of Mexico, this spacious Gulf-front condo offers unparalleled sunrise and sunset views from its expansive private balcony. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the beach below, and come home to your very own wet bar, a jetted bathtub, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the grounds of Grand Pointe, you'll also have access to indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness room, and a sauna.



This beachfront property sits two miles east of downtown Orange Beach, right at the scenic entrance to The Pass (the access point for boats from the back bay to the Gulf). If you're looking to explore the area's natural beauty, you'll find Gulf State Park two miles west and Perdido Key State Park - a frequent nesting site for sea turtles - six miles east. An assortment of restaurants are close to the complex, and the famous Flora-Bama is only three miles east.

Very nice location.

Great view over looking the Perdido pass. Great for watching boats coming in and out. Enjoy the sunrise from balcony. Shade in the late after noon which nice to enjoy eating late lunch or dinner outside on balcony. Check in and out process very easy. Would stay again.

Outdated beds and pillows. We couldn’t figure out how to get any of the TVs to work due to broken remotes/very old technology. Really great location and amenities. We would stay again. It would be much nicer with extra blankets and bedding, but we would stay again due to wonderful location/view and the pool/hot tub.

Perfect location!!

This location was tucked away near the Pass. It felt like we were at a secluded beach. The view was amazing! This will be a regular spot for my family from now on.

Great weekend!

Amazing place, great view, very clean & quite. Love being on the beach. Would highly recommend a dead bolt for the inside of the door. Little children like mine can easily get out in a heartbeat. Overall 5/5 experience and we will be back.

Loved the view. Close to the elevator. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs. Private beach access. Condo furnished nicely. I would prefer a deadbolt on the inside as we had youngsters could get out but they loved the balcony.
