"Sunshine At The Beach"- Now 3 Bedrooms! Many Upgrades! Perfect Location!

"Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan being on the top floor, so bring the entire family! The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a brand new, all tile, walk-in shower! The Guest Bedroom provides another King Size Bed with a Smart TV. What used to be an open loft is now a fully enclosed 3rd bedroom that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath with a shower/tub combo is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee on the provided tables and chairs. When the rest of the bunch arises, check out the newly designed living area with plenty of seating and create a great meal in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances, beautiful Granite Counter tops, and serve it on the dining set and bar stools for extra seating.

Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool with plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the sun. Or, head over to The Most Beautiful Beach On Earth using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint!

**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are placed in a storge closet on the balcony. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
