The master suite features a king-size bed, private balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious jetted tub. The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom offers another queen-size bed with shared access to a full bath and a flat-screen TV. Our condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. Our views from the balcony were beautiful. Kitchen stocked well. We really enjoyed our last minute before school outing with our grandchildren.

great trip

you will like your stay here, we did. fair warning you should always wear shoes when walking on the boardwalk to the beach. I promise you will only make that mistake once. it was like walking on the surface of the sun after lunch.

Nice and quiet

Very nice property. Security was very nice and helpful. Room was a nice size and was stocked nicely. Pool needs to be cleaned daily, alot of debris in pool. Hot tub did not work. Would love it if the boardwalk was handicap accessible.. no steps with walkway out on beach. Thank you for a nice relaxing vacation.

Dated furnishings, appliances need work

Love the property but for the money, furnishings and cleanliness could be better. Pot's and pans worn out, mold in shower, grout around tub in bad repair, jetted tub filthy, furniture uncomfortable and balcony furniture lacking. A little disappointing.

Wonderful oceanfront view

Clean & great view. Second time staying in this exact condo. Would definitely recommend. One problem: there was no parking pass available for our vehicle & wasn’t mentioned in ANY emails that we needed one for parking. We received a written warning that we would be towed without one. My email was promptly answered by the company but be aware you need a parking pass displayed in your vehicle!!

1. Mattress in Master Bedroom needs replacement 2. Sofa should be inspected both under and rear for trash. 3. An Air Fryer would be a nice amenity to prevent smoke alarms from activating. 4. Location is ideal and we would recommend this sight to others.

Terrible Stay, Never again!

We left because the mold and mildew and nastiness was too much to tolerate. I took pictures. Carpets were filthy, rug was smelly and nasty, hall bathroom had a sewer smell so we had to keep the door closed. Glass doors were nasty, door runners had mold, there was construction ropes obstructing our view...I could go on, but what's the use!?

Rough start to a great week

No lock box that instructions said to find. It ended up being a combination lock. Unit had not been cleaned since the previous renter. After a call to property management, cleanup took place. Once past the initial two issues it was a good unit and great week.

I don’t recommend this condo

The floors were not cleaned, garbage was left in the kitchen and was stinking, men’s underwear was in the bedroom floor, rug and carpet was disgusting needs to be removed, living room furniture needs to be totally replaced. The fire alarm would come on every time we used the oven. Had a new refrigerator and no ice maker. Master shower head needs o be replaced. There were no garbage bags in the kitchen.

Be aware of elevator issues and dated condo bathroom fixtures and overall furnishings

Found condo easily and actually allowed to check in early. Cleaners did a great job. Unfortunately, on the first day the buildings only two elevators were either not working completely or sporadically. This continued during our entire stay. On Sunday, my entire family had to walk up to the 12th floor to our room and then down again to go to dinner...we had a 2 and 4 year old, and me at 73!! I would expect some type of rebate due to this, especially after learning from building staff that the elevator issue has been an on going problem for some time, really!!! That is not a very efficient business model to allow something so critical as an elevator to not be better maintained or replaced. Very unsafe, my son-in-law was even stopped between floors.
